The Catapbox Hard Stethoscope Case for 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope is a first-rate case. (I'd love to post photos, but my stethoscope seemed to finally develop legs the day the case arrived. The photos in the seller's description do the case justice.) It isn't exactly a hard case, for you can flex the top and bottom if you want, but it is a firm case. It's construction is among the best I've seen, with very good materials and an excellent zipper. I actually said "ooh", or something similar, upon first moving the zipper, which is among the best and smoothest zippers I've encountered. The case looks nice, with a professional air. Although I couldn't place my Littman Classic III into it due the the 'scope's disappearance, there is no doubt that it would fit without issue. The case will protect your scope well! Considering the sorts of use and treatment a stethoscope can receive, not while working but while in transit or elsewhere, a case is a good idea. When not working, I'd actually place my scope back in its original box (it's not a digital or cardiac scope, but I very much like it and didn't want to have to replace it), so having a case, especially one with such a great, no-hassle zipper, is worthwhile. For the price, or even a little bit more, it is a good value. Recommended!

This case is exactly what I needed for my Littmann CORE with the Echo attachment. My old storage box was bulkier and narrower, so the tubing always ended up bunched or awkwardly curled. This one? Absolute game-changer. It has a flatter profile, but more generous surface dimensions—so my stethoscope lays flat and happy without being squished. The hard shell has just the right firmness: protective, but not overly stiff or heavy. It slips neatly into my doctor bag and doesn’t hog space like the clamshell case I used before. The mesh pocket inside is great for ear tips or accessories, and the plain black design is a plus because I got to add my embroidered name tag—fits perfectly, looks professional, and now it’s uniquely mine. If you carry a Littmann CORE + Echo combo and are tired of tight fits and kinked tubing, this case is the one. Five stars all the way. Practical, protective, and low-key stylish.

This is a quality zip up case. Durable and of solid construction. The one thing to point out is that upon opening, it had a strong chemical smell. I’m thinking this was out gassing of the foam construction process. I left it unzipped and sitting out for a couple days. No lingering smell. A nice product in the end.

This is an awesome relatively hard and durable stethoscope case. I've used it for a few days now and switched over from my old one immediately. This one is much more spacious and has a carrying handle, allowing it to be more portable. I was able to fit everything needed for a neurological exam including my tuning fork and a babinski/queen square convertible reflex hammer. A standard queen square hammer will not fit, but a babinski will. Overall it's an awesome purchase. I also recommend placing any tools downward in the sleeve to better protect the stethoscope, or even just place a cloth in between for extra layers protection between the two compartments.

Excellent built case, very high quality. I'm weird about cases and probably have an inordinate amount, but I like to take protective care of my things, regardless value. Now, I've had some, especially those that came with the item originally, that appear to be more of an afterthought where the zippers don't run smoothly or the structural rigidity equates to the case only being effective at preventing scratches. This is not one of those case. This case is quality, and it's apparently inside and out. The exterior is very well built, does give you crush proof protection, but is not unwieldly or overly heavy. The interior molding is very nicely done, smooth and fit perfectly.

Got this to hold my girlfriend’s cardiology IV and it fits perfectly! Most importantly if it’s not free to move around in the case, it stays perfectly in place. There’s also room for a couple other things in the case.
