The media could not be loaded. This water heater was purchased for a long-term project so unfortunately, was not discovered to be faulty within the return period. Installed today and at first time to have water through it, it leaked everywhere internally. Pulled it apart to find that it wasnt assembled completely. No teflon tape on the threads, and not even close to tight on the hot water out side. Water went everywhere on the circuit board and now after drying and fixing the leak it doesnt power on. Waste of money DO NOT BUY.

Air switch? Not in any description I could find. Only in the setup instructions... Sent back. So I got a 30amp breaker (check) I got 10 gauge wire (check) instructions err..? Air Switch? Nope..? (I did see something at the very bottom of the listing saying Air Switch 40amp) almost an after though little footnote. Let me get this straight? Every time I use this I have to turn on a power switch? or a 40 amp Air Switch? Do they even make 40 amp Air Switches? Thought this would switch on when you run the hot water faucet? So I was thinking.. Wow so I could just flip the breaker switch each time I want hot water.. Wow yep I always want to open the panel door and stick my hand in the electrical box. Every single time I want to turn the hot water on..

Inner pipe on cold will be lose. Take it apart to fix. Use dedicated electric supply. It’s been installed three times. Leaks again. A river runs through it. Can’t believe the money I spent so far. Now I’ll trash it. Try another brand. Why not. Pipes are in. Electrical In.

hooked it up, and the water preasure was outstanding, that is unitl the temp wasnt getting warm, it was stuck at 75F, I finally lowered the input water preasure at the 1/2" valve and it started getting warmer. By the time I got the temp up to 112F which is decent for a shower the water preasure was so low and water so slow it was pathetic. Maybe this thing would work in a low presaure system or liek an RV but for a home application it sucks. You either deal with little to no hot water with good preasure or you deal with hot water but pitiful water preasure. 2nd issue is the temp in in celsius, and you can't change it. The only buttons it has is "set temp up & down" and the power button side note the mounting brackets are flimsy and once mounted it has alot of play on the wall overall 2/10
