Works, period. Correct fit as in the model number on my old one. I was able to work my old bracket onto this one to tie the two outer switches together as well. Interestingly I think this Eaton brand may be the same as the one that was 10 bucks more expensive when I bought this one. Also 1-day shipping worked on a Sunday. ... show more

  • 40a breaker not simultaneous
This device is a space saver in a small distribution box, but the center 40a breaker isn't designed to trip both legs simultaneously, and that has the potential to create a hazard. If you have the an extra breaker space, you would be safer with a 2" wide double pole breaker and a 1" wide duplex single pole breaker. And probably would save a few $$ as well. ... show more
