The bike arrived a week ago. It came in 3 seperate packages, all delivered individually. The battery is shipped by itself, the bike is shipped solo, and I also received a cheap bike lock and saddle bag. The tracking provided was for the battery so once that arrived I had no way to know when the bike would arrive and it does require a signature because FedEx delivers it. I have put 30 miles on it so far. I was worried it wouldn't have much power or feel like a real dirt bike. It certainly has power and feels like a real dirt bike. I used to ride as a kid but hadn't in probably 18 years. I'm sure if you ride 450s or expensive Ultra Bee Surrons then this bike will feel underwhelming but so far I am impressed. Despite what you see online it is not street legal so be cautious riding around town. I got it to trail ride (which I have not done yet) but I did take it to some logging roads and it got around great. It has fantastic suspension. Also totally silent. No more loud than riding a bicycle. I cannot attest to the battery yet. The battery came partially charged and I charged it for an additional hour (theres no way to know how full it is without putting it in the bike and looking on the screen) but I did 30 miles with a partial battery and still have 2 out of 5 bars left. The throttle is nicely reactive and it picks up speed quickly. Pro tip, if you go into the settings and change the tire diameter from 21 inches to 8 inches, it tricks the bike into thinking it needs to output more power and thus makes the bike accelerate faster. I have heard it makes the top speed higher than 50mph but I have not tested that because I don't have a helmet yet. All in all, solid bike. I would recommend for a first bike. I'm 6'1" and the bike is perfect size for me. I can just barely stand flat footed when Im on the seat. If you want to get into riding trails or around town (be careful) I would say go for it. Ill update my review if anything changes negatively or positively.

I’ve had my Happyrun G300 Pro for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I mostly ride it on back roads and through the woods, and it’s been an awesome bike with plenty of power and a solid build. What really stood out to me was the customer service, I recently found out I was missing a front axle nut, and they responded quickly, shipped me a replacement right away, and even helped me find the correct pinch bolt I needed. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend the G300 Pro to anyone looking for a fun and reliable e-bike.

My son loves this bike. We had 2 different brands ones prior to this one. They both broke within the first month. The instructions were step by step, so it made it easy to put together. The battery life on the bike is so good. He can ride for hours. It was a lot faster than I thought it would be. Unfortunately, after a month the charger was running hot. Customer service was great and sent me a new one right away. Another month in, the battery quit working. Customer service again was great.

I ordered this bike the G 300 Pro and it was all good until I The first day, I built it a part that the company put in fill out and I had to replace it with what I had until I contacted the company and then the next day the other one fell out now another part that was manufactured by the people not me. I did not put none of these screws in and they fell out and it made it so my break did not work and it almost caused me to crash so I want to request a refund because I don’t think this is worth the money I paid respectfully maybe I just got something that I had loose screws, but I don’t think this is worth the money I paid.

My son has loved this bike since he received it. Anytime I've reached out to their customer service for support on my questions have been answered in a timely manner without issue. The bike is very fast and fun to use all around on all terrains.

This is a solid, comfortable riding bike. Power is great, and it's a smooth ride. The bike arrived carefully packaged in a crate and is fairly easy to assemble on your own if you follow the enclosed directions (but just know it does take a few hours if you're not familiar with this kind of assembly). So far, I've been impressed with HappyRun's customer service. Every time I've emailed support, I've received a response within 1 business day. We had an issue with the battery overheating within 2 weeks of purchase while riding in 60 degree weather. I emailed customer service, and they immediately sent a replacement battery. I've emailed customer service twice since then to request parts that were damaged through accidental spills (not because of defects with the bike) and I received those parts quickly as well. We'll be keeping an eye on the replacement battery, as it tends to run hot, even in cool weather. There are also two features that prospective buyers need to know about: 1. There is no quick release cord, so it's a time consuming and tedious process to replace a tire or the battery. This choice may have been due to the fact that it's a dirt bike. We figured out what to do using YouTube videos and ordering special tools on Amazon. 2. The leather-like throttle grips that our bike came with looked sharp out of the box, but they immediately started showing wear after just a few days of use. I understand that there's now a rubberized version, so, if you have the option, go with that because they'll be much more durable. We've had this bike for a little over three months now and are pleased with it. It's been a learning curve because we've never had an Ebike or dirt bike before, but, given the option, I would purchase this bike again.

I watched tons of reviews before purchase and was still admittedly on the fence at the time I pulled the trigger. Most all of the negative about the bike was when it was compared to a model usually 3 times the cost of this or at a minimum twice as much. I could not be happier with my purchase. It makes me feel like a little kid when I ride this thing. I'm 6ft 190 pounds and I can comfortably ride this for extended lengths of time. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because it did not come with one of the "bonus" items and one of the screws on the brake lever was cross threaded when it arrived. I have a tap and die set and was able to quickly tap the threads and fix that problem very easily. If you were unable to fix something like this without available tools, it would have been very detrimental as it was on the brake level and you would have not been able to fully assemble the bike. The last issue I had was the LED headlight would start to flicker after about 30 seconds. Okay, so this all sounds pretty terrible. However! Happyrun got back to me same day and fixed all those problems (sent the missing bonus item and a new headlight) no questions asked and had a tracking number same day. I have received both items, everything works as it should and again, couldnt be happier with my purchase. I dont understand what some of the people are saying when they say the customer service was non existent and or they dont stand behind their product. I had the complete opposite experience. Wish they had a little better quality control but overall, if you're on the fence...I would not hesitate to purchase one of these. Zero regret.

This is a amazing product. Long range and built well. The battery life is fairly amazing for the price. The power is ok. But very good for the price. The speed is also very good, especially for a hub motor. Assembly is also not to hard. Just the front wheel and shock.
