I don’t usually write long reviews, but in this case I felt the customer service deserved it. I bought this bike because it offered a lot of features for the price, and after spending time with it, I still think it’s one of the best values in its class. It’s a blast to ride, has plenty of power, reaches speeds up to 38 mph, and strikes a great balance between performance and practicality. My son owns a Surron that cost nearly three times as much, and it’s actually funny how often I catch him grabbing my Happyrun instead. Between the functional pedals, comfortable ride, road-friendly design, and impressive performance, it’s simply an easy bike to jump on and enjoy. My experience wasn’t completely problem-free. I had an issue with the front brake and worked with Happyrun to troubleshoot it. They quickly sent a replacement cable, and during my attempt to install it, I accidentally damaged the replacement cable myself. Even though that was completely my fault, the support team never stopped helping me. They continued responding promptly, patiently answered every question, offered installation guidance, and even provided instructional videos so I could get everything back together correctly. That’s what really impressed me. Any company can sell a product, but the way they support customers when something goes wrong is what separates a good company from a great one. At no point did I feel ignored or blamed. Every email was answered quickly, and they stayed with me until we had a path to getting everything resolved. No product is perfect, but outstanding customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. Happyrun earned my respect through the way they handled my situation, and because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the bike and the company to anyone looking for a fun, capable, and affordable e-bike. Thank you to the Happyrun team for sticking with me through the entire process. It really was appreciated.

I've had this bike for about a while and it's been great. It goes fast — really fast. I hit 38 mph easy on a straight road. The battery lasts a long time too. I rode for hours and still had power left. The speed knob is nice because I can turn it down when my kid rides it. That way he stays safe and I still get to have fun. The ride feels smooth. The trails near my house are bumpy with rocks and roots, but this bike handles them well. I don't feel every little bump. The brakes stop quick but not in a scary way. Everything feels strong and well made. I've had few other bikes before and this one is not like those. It feels like the real deal. Putting it together was easy. Took me about 20 minutes. I just had to put on the handlebars and a few bolts. The price was fair too, especially with the sale. My son and I both ride it and we love it. If you're thinking about buying one, just do it.

I previously owne the G70 and G70 pro model bought on amazon. Those prevoius bike are so good and make me like happy run ebike. They are so powerfull. Regarding to the G18 pro model , this bike is strong and powerfull. Climbing mountain easily. Hydraulic brake syterm stop you in a dime. And one thing that I like is the light botton off. That could save energy when u drive in the morning . And u can turn it on easily at night.

I was second time getting the E-dirt bike, but the HAPPYRUN G18 Pro. Was the best one I was getting. this beast test for over two weeks now, I can confidently say – this bike is the real deal. Let me start with the unboxing. The bike arrived and was about 80% pre-assembled, which made setup incredibly easy. I just mounted the front wheel and handlebar, scanned the QR code on the screen for the video tutorial, and within about 30 minutes, I was ready to ride. The power on this thing is no joke.

This is definitely a few steps up from a Tst R002. The suspension is insane. NYC bumps feel like butter. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their first bike 💪🏾. Only Grip with it is the battery range in higher speed settings. I think these bikes should be going 85 miles minimum at this price point.

Super easy to put together. Give yourself 1-2 hours to tighten Every Single Bolt! It does go 37mph with 230lb rider. The light is not that bright. Wish it had a thumb throttle.. it has a quarter turn throttle. Nice display. Solid af tires. The seat is the most comfortable ive riden on.Breaks don't come tuned but they get there with some manipulation. Overall 9/10 I've had 5 ebikes and 20+ bikes, this is my favorite(by alot) this is no toy or for kids, it's screaming fast and handles bumps like it's a magic carpet ride. I'd say it's a 2200 bike worth.
