I can't get both batteries to work together. The seat is a little low for pedaling. I can't get help online. The fairing was broken in the packaging.

Oh gawd, this is gonna sound fake but take it or leave it. It is the middle of cold winter so I haven't ridden it as much as I'd like but first impressions are very positive. It's a little bigger then I expected but it's easy to put together and everything was packed with care and arrived in pristine condition minus a noticeable scuff on the frame which was in the same spot as a puncture on the outside of the box. The quality appears to be better then I expected and was pleased with my first ride. The only reason doesn't have 5 stars is the scuff on the frame and both start cards were damaged. To be fair, it was probably transport that did it. It appears at first ride every bar is around 6 miles. 5 bars to a battery. 2 batteries equals around 70 mile range and I weigh 260 pounds. ... show more
