Amazing bike. Had some doubts just reading some of the reviews but I wanted to try it out for myself, incredibly easy setup, kind of confusing directions but it’s super self explanatory because 90% of the bike is done already. It goes 32 mph even though it said it would go 28 in the Book which I’m incredibly pleased about. Smooth riding. Incredible shock absorption you hardly feel any bumps in the road. 9/4 Bike shipped perfectly. Easy assembly, tried to contact them by phone (voice mail) and email as there is an issue with the throttle not working. Email was answered late next day to try and remedy and communication was good there after ....9/14 UPDATE... Remedy to fix throttle by reset of controller did not mend the issue. New control box sent as second attempt to repair failed. Wrong part sent. Sending bike back. Good prompt responding by email, and I do believe they are sincere in trying to help, but I am not willing to continue with the purchase. For now I will leave my review at three star as I believe I was just unlucky with this actual bike and a new one would likely be perfect I'm sure. ... show more

My son adores it and uses it daily to commute to and from school, effortlessly covering 25 miles on the highest mode, with the potential for even longer distances at slower speeds. Moreover, the bike’s construction is commendable. The frame is sturdy and well-built, providing excellent support and stability. I would give 0 stars if I could. The bike is so bad!! My husband blew up the tires to the correct PSI, when he left the room, the tire exploded. There is a scratch in 1 of the wheels and it is broken by the handle bars. It has been a nightmare to try to ship back. I would not recommend!!!

One of the cap nuts is missing on the rear wheel/hub. Also, the bike was advertised; 1500w/ 2000 peak; however, in the manual, it says the bike is 750w/ 1500 peak. Which one is it? It seems like false advertising. Other than the couple of stated issues, the G50 seems like it could be a solid product. After Happyrun sends me the missing part and I ride the bike, I will change the review Update: I'm revising my review and rating from two stars to five stars. I was beyond pleased at the timely response from Happyrun. I thought there was a missing cap nut; however, that is not the case. The bolt on the derailleur side is not supposed to have one because there aren't enough threads to attach one properly.. After checking the pedal assist feature, the speedometer did reach 32mph, as it's supposed to. Again, I'm super pleased HappyRun addressed my concerns. Good Job HappyRun ... show more
