If I could give this bed 0 stars I would, especially for customer service. I am a 5'6", 158lb woman (avg size). When I lay in this mattress my body falls down to the springs, and the sides of the mattress folds up. There is no way I can comfortably sleep on this bed. I requested a return, and they charged me $35 to return it. I requested a pickup because the box is too big to fit in my car, I'm told sorry there is no pickup. You can ask a friend or neighbor to help you. Don't waste your time or money. I'm not sure where these other reviews are coming from unless they are reviewing a different roll away bed.

Two years ago we purchased 2 cots for when family came to visit. We were hoping to purchase the same cot again now that the family is growing, but it was no longer offered on Amazon. Studying reviews, this cot sounded the closest to our other purchases. Turns out it's not even close. The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. I had to fold a thick bed comforter in half and place it on top of the mattress so that our family member could have some comfort trying to sleep on it. When you fold up the bed after use, instead of a strap to hold the two sides of the frame together, there is a plastic piece that snaps on. Unfortunately the plastic piece cuts into the mattress, and we are afraid it is going to leave a permanent indentation. Also, our other cots came with covers to protect them while in storage. This one does not have a cover. It sits lower to the floor, and even though the length is supposed to be the same as our other cots, it isn't. It is shorter. It also is not very wide. Really, its use is meant for a child. The only positive I can give is that it has wheels.

My little girl’s class has classmate got COVID-19. My two daughters usually sleep together. under these circumstances, I need to separate them to the different bed. So I decided buy this bed, It’s very convenient . When I need use it I put down. If I don’t want I just need to fold it up and put behind the door. Only take little space. We been use this bed for 10 days , my older daughters love to use it! Pretty good quality. Very stable for her! Good luck for my family. We are all safe from now!

Our grandson loves this bed. He came to stay for a week, so we bought this bed for him to sleep on. He told us, it was comfortable and he slept well. Great buy, highly recommend!

Very easy to assemble and use as an extra guest bed. We can easily store it in the closet and bring it out whenever anyone is planning to sleep over. Love that it has wheel so we can easily move it to any room if needed.

Had a couple mishaps with the stability of the leg collapsing but it all depends on how you get on it. Overall very comfortable. No more blow mattresses for me! I can fold this up in the closet for next time... also, It was perfect for traveling, fit inside my car with no issues and surprisingly very lightweight! Love this!
