For the first month, this was a beautiful addition to our new pool. After the first month or so, it started to show small spots of rust and by then, it was too late to file a claim. The whole purpose of purchasing a stainless steel fountain was so it would not rust. This is obviously misrepresented as you can see from the pictures. We added this fountain to our pool area and it is absolutely beautiful!!! This is definitely a project for someone who is skilled in plumbing...thankfully my husband is. It takes a lil more than just general knowledge to get it installed, however once installed it is awesome. I am rating it a four simply because it comes with absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS and there is no information on installing it. ... show more

Came in a plain box without any packing. This item shouldn't have been shipped to begin with. It wasn't bent from shipping, it was made defectively. The spout was sloping to one side and would have never created a ribbon of water. Also, the opening is so huge that you will need a fire hose pressure to make it work, a dedicated water pump. ... show more

I just wish it came with fittings. I have had it for 2 months and still cannot find a fitting for it to fit to a 1 1/2" hole. fountain is 2" hole.??? Even pool guy can't find.

Pésimo producto, lo compre en febrero la instale perfectamente, tiene 3 meses y está toda oxidada, el agua que brota de ella tiene partículas de óxido que cayeron a la piscina y casi me la mancha. Para colmo tiene ahora un agujero donde también brota el agua. Es un engaño no es de acero inoxidable
