If I could give this zero stars I would. Please don’t waste your money. The auto feature does not work and all the hold it at 90degrees crap does not work. Then when you put it on non automatic it still does not work. It was a lot of work no results and a waste of money

The beam worked great. I have pale skin and darker hair, and it was able to detect the optimal power level in automatic mode, which made it super easy to use. It's also quite painless, and I only felt a little tingle when zapping myself during the treatments. The device is a great size, instructions are super detailed and it comes with a great razer and safety glasses. I can’t wait to see how it works over time, stay tuned!

I bought this product to tackle my coarse chin hairs, and the beam performed great from the get-go, effectively eliminating the hairs. There's been no sign of them returning, but I plan to use it monthly for maintenance. It's very easy to use and doesn't hurt at all so im a big fan.

Okay. I'll start by saying this product does what it's intended to do. I had a different one by a well known company and it didn't do a thing. Even though I've only been able to use it a handful of times, I do notice a difference. That being said, this is the second unit I've had where there's an issue with the power button. I use it 2-3 times and the button either gets pushed into the unit, or gets stuck and just powers on and off and on and off (or increases the power level). It's not useable anymore. Really frustrating. If you don't want the hassle of having to return this, don't buy it.

Worked really well, for less than 2 months. It just stopped working. Internal fuse? Light element burn out? I don't know. What a waste.

I'm a few weeks in, and I'm already seeing a noticeable difference. While my hair is still growing, it's not as fast, and each follicle feels thinner and softer. I'm also experiencing less irritation and fewer ingrown hairs and there's no pain involved! There's a slight warmth to the flashing, especially on the bikini line, but still, no pain! I'm really looking forward to seeing my results by week 8.
