Okay. I'll start by saying this product does what it's intended to do. I had a different one by a well known company and it didn't do a thing. Even though I've only been able to use it a handful of times, I do notice a difference. That being said, this is the second unit I've had where there's an issue with the power button. I use it 2-3 times and the button either gets pushed into the unit, or gets stuck and just powers on and off and on and off (or increases the power level). It's not useable anymore.
