I haven’t tried the sound on the device because I have it connected to other higher quality sound systems that I consistently use for work. Ive always wanted a projector and finally got one! The picture looks great even on the wall and I have light yellow walls. I will come back and add a picture once I get a mount. Speaking of a mount, it's been difficult to find one that will fit. It seems like most mounts have 4 points and need 4 threaded holes on the projector. This one only had one, right in the center. So I have yet to order a mount which is a bummer. At first, I thought it doesn't have a kickstand (not that I was really going to use it because I want the picture to be level) but it actually does have a little screw that you can undo to your desired height which will give the projector that slope that you might want. The thing that does suck is the sound, it sounds thin, kind of like a tin can speaker lol. I'll come back and add a video. I don't know if this is a common problem for projectors because I've never owned one but I'm guessing that it is, especially at such an affordable price point. BUT something amazing is that it has Bluetooth capabilities! So if you just want to listen to the sound in Bluetooth headphones or even a Bluetooth soundbar would be great, that's what I will probably end up doing. Also, it says you can use a phone to watch videos from instead of a laptop, that's so cool. I don't have the cord for that and I don't need it so I can't speak to that aspect. We have a "media box" that my husband programmed with a bunch of apps so we just use that since we don't have a laptop and wouldn't want to have to hook all that up each time anyway. I believe it works if you have a roku stick or anything like that which is a great and much more compact option. All in all, I'm super satisfied with this product. I actually didn't even know that it came with a projector screen when I ordered it. Pretty cool! It's 100 inches I believe. I probably won't use it though because it's not very aesthtically pleasing, it's like a cheaper cloth material that would look bad just standalone on the wall when the projector isn't on. ... show more

    • Overall decent projector
The projector (which is now different from the one pictured), is a decent projector and comes with a remote, power cable, HDMI cable and a cloth screen. The projector itself is what I would consider average quality, it's not the best but certainly not the worst. It works well for displaying in 1080P in a darkly lit room or outside on a dark night. It does not have enough lumens for watching at dusk (depending on the situation of the sun and how much light is exposed). We connect the projector with an Amazon Fire TV stick for streaming and then connect it to an external audio source (you're not going to get great sound out of this thing but it will do the trick if necessary). Here are what I think are the highlights of the projector: * Decent projector at a great price. * Supports Bluetooth Audio * Easy to use / setup Here is what I dislike about the projector: * Could use more lumens for viewing when more light is exposed * The included screen leaves a lot to be desired, think of a super thin bedsheet with a black outer lining with eyelets. * Sound quality could be improved ... show more

We got this to show movies up by the pool, sort of in the background and the included 100 inch screen was a nice addition to just place on the shed with included clips. I was thinking to show movies off my phone but of course you can't because of copy write issues not related to the projector. This is bright, clear and after hooking it up to my laptop, just fine. Bluetooth is only for connecting to a bluetooth speaker or system. A bit neat and odd at the same time. The remote doesn't come with batteries and that's a huge pain these days. Everything comes with batteries... I bought the $11 cord to hook up to my phone, but in the instructions, it explains that most video won't work off the phone. A bit too late. There is no mention of that in the description, and maybe it's a well known fact. Since I can beam my video to my tv, I thought this would be the same. It's not. That all being said, hook it up to your laptop and everything is just fine. The movies were clear and the included screen was ok. Nothing is going to be perfect with a fabric screen but for us watching old movies, it was fun. ... show more

I was so impressed by this projector! What's in the box? Power cord, projector, remote, A/V cable, projector screen (mine did NOT include the needed HDMI cable as listed) I borrowed an HDMI cable from a friend so I could use the projector and have a movie night with my kids as we all piled into my bed. This projector is very user friendly. It is not bulky at all which is an issue with the projector we already had before I got this one. Our original is big and bulky, and heavy and we often take it on vacation so the size matters when we are packing. In comparison, this HAPPRUN Store projector is small, lightweight, and easy to pack and travel with. I love that I can hookup to my phone and use any of our streaming apps and have something for the kids to watch with their friends. I projected onto the ceiling which is textured. However, the picture was crystal clear after focusing and adjusting the Keystone correction. You couldn't see any distortion due to the texture on the ceiling. I can admit, I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do as my uncle runs a home entertainment business designing and installing home theaters here in Atlanta, and since he is an expert, I took it to his house for him to see and he was impressed given the price point. Summer might be coming to an end but I am looking forward to setting up a bonfire and watching a movie cuddling up! ... show more
