This is one of the best purchases I've made. I live and work in Chicago. My office is not in the Loop and hard to get to by public trans and I don't have a car. This halves my commute. It's pretty zippy and I keep up with car traffic in the bike lane. Pros - Goes fast. I average about 20 mph. - Solidly built - Nice size. Substancial, but just right to lock to a bike rack. - Charge lasts a long time - Comfortable - though it took me a while to get the ergonomics right Cons-ish - Goes fast. It takes off with a jolt. Definitely do not turn the ignition key until you are ready to go. It got away from me at one point, leaving me with only the throttle in my hand. Cloudi responded immediately with a replacement Very grateful. - Not a lot of instructions in the package (especially for the seat), but there is a QR code for a very helpful video. - It's not too heavy, but not light either. I intended to fold it up and bring it into the office But it's about 45 lbs and not easy to carry. Also, folding takes some practice It's just less of a hassle to lock up outside. Charge lasts a long time so I don't need to charge in between commutes. I bought it to use to get back and forth from work and stores. But the battery doesn't last like it's supposed too. On a full battery I would only be able to travel 2 or 3 miles before the battery is dead.

The media could not be loaded. 48v 15AH model. I got up to 23-25 mph on flats. Can hit 28 on downward slopes easy. Max battery Distance was 10-15 miles driving non-conservatively. Off-road was good on grass/dirt. Off-road tires stock. Quality is good but design is bad. Lever to the pin that folds the scooter bent easily. There’s a little trick to operate the lever efficiently but took me awhile to discover. Helps to wiggle the joints into a loose position before pulling the lever. Done properly, the lever will easily unlock. Good performance for price. I’d recommend spending a couple more hundred bucks for a quality brand but if that doesn’t matter, this one rides fine. I was able to transport it into my civic just fine. Slightly heavy but definitely weighs less than other scooters of this class. 40-50 lbs

I'll start off by saying, I was very excited to receive this scooter. A bit pricy for me but I thought hey, you get what you pay for. Sent from California it arrived a bit late but, hey UPS right. I had a knowledgeable Friend help me put it together because the instructions aren't very good. When it was all put together the scooter wouldn't run. I emailed the after purchase team. They were super helpful. Fantastic customer service. They helped me troubleshoot it. They sent me additional parts quickly. Took 3weeks to get here Usps misplaced my order so thats on snail mail not them. My very good friend opened up the deck where the battery is located and it c turns out 3 wires were not connected. Once we got it up and running, it's amazing 👏 so much fun. Very fast. Just be careful. I took a little tumble getting over excited. So if you purchase one of these scooters, and it's not functioning brand new out of the box, just open the floor panel and make sure the wires are connected. Something very simple overlooked. Other than that. Very comfortable seat. This scooter is a lot of fun. Customer service impeccable.

Everything works with the scooter except it will not charge the battery. This makes the scooter worthless. Trying to contact the seller. If they won't respond then I'll return through Amazon. Updated Oct 11,2021 - Seller stated that the charging issue must have happened in shipping. Totally disagree as the damage internally to the wiring (see pics) could only happen due to damaged wiring during manufacturing or careless assembly. Seller offered to send me replacement battery to charging port wiring components that I would have had to install on my own. After seeing the damage to original wiring and how the two wires barely connected to the charging port, I had no confidence in the long term viability of the internal wiring to charge the battery, so I returned the scooter. To the sellers credit, they did refund the entire purchase amount. Disappointed as the scooter seemed to be pretty solid in all other regards. Increasing my review up from two to three stars based on the seller refunding our purchase.

Scooter was great but the brakes needed new pads. They couldn’t provide them or even a link to purchase new ones. Had to return. Only option. I went about 50km before I needed new brakes. Bummer.
