I have a small studio with mini kitchenette that has limited floor space. I chose this table largely because it was the only one I could find that would fit the limited wall space dimensions I had. I was concerned it might be too small to be useful (even with pictures, it's hard for me to get a sense of scale sometimes.) After receiving it, I couldn't be more thrilled. Product Appearance: The product description says this is solid wood, and it might be but it's pretty lightweight. It's also coated/painted with a high-gloss paint or thermofoil substance. In other words, the surface is smooth almost plasticy- no way of knowing what's underneath. The coating gives the table a modern finish and is easy to wipe clean. Size: Dimensions noted in description are right on. For context, I was able to work comfortably on the table with a standard laptop, and had more than enough room for a plate and cup, silverware etc. That said, you would be hard-pressed to fit two people at this table, it's really best for one. Installation: No instructions are included in the packaging, but it's pretty straightforward. The table ships with molly bolts/screws, which run underneath the table top. Because of the angle, it can be a bit tricky to screw them in without a little wrangling (your hand will hit the top of the table), but I was able to get this up on a wall in less than 20 minutes. Can't speak to durability, but this is exactly what I was looking for my space and would recommend to others!

I purchased this to make a school area for my son since we are distance learning. We have a small room, so I thought this would be a great idea so be able to pull out the desk when we need it and fold it down when its not in use. It was easy to assemble , the desk is sturdy and of good quality. We have been using the desk for 2 weeks now and its holding up great. We love the desk and we would purchase it again.

I jave a small kitchen in my small apartment with very little counter space. So I added this as a solution for more surface to hold items. The material is really good. It feels sturdy and it's a decent size for what I am using it for. It's heavy for sure. All the pieces fit well together.

Overall, I'm super happy with this product. Being totally transparent, this was a beast to put together. There are a lot of little pieces, it's time-consuming and the directions weren't the easiest to follow - but if I can do it, you can do it. The end result is totally worth it. It holds a good amount of the decor and books that I put on it. The leaf table is really quick and easy to put up and down. I was using this as a packaging area in my office and it's really convenient how convertible it is.

My 16 year old daughter managed to put most of it together by herself, only asking me to screw things for her, and she's never built a thing in her life. The process was a bit of a pain but she enjoyed building it and is extremely proud of herself. It took us about 2 hours since we were figuring it out along the way and taking our time. But it'd probably only take an hour for most people. Maybe less. It's not the sturdiest desk but it's sturdy enough for her. She wanted a cute piece of furniture she could study at and she got it. The pieces got a bit scratched and chipped up in some places before we finally put it together but that's because the desk is cheap but it isn't bad. None of those marks show now that it's put together. Mostly because my daughter knew that it would damage easily and treated the thing like glass even while building it. All in all I would give this desk a 9/10 for an affordable floating desk. If you can afford something more expensive than you might want to invest in a better desk but if you want something that does its job, looks good, and is cheap, then this desk is fine.

Make sure you measure how high you want it. I knew I wanted mine sitting higher up so I could stand and sit. Pretty sturdy. I was nervous to rest my elbows it at first but it seems to hold up. Wouldn’t try sitting on it or anything but a pretty good investment. Saves a lot of room when I’m not using it and looks nice and very functional when I am. Would 10 out of 10 recommend purchasing!

This is an excellent addition to my daughter's bedroom. We wanted something small, wouldn't take up much space, and she could grow into it. Fits nicely in a little nook of her room. However, this was not easy to put together. I put the back piece on upside down and the whole desk was thrown off. I didn't realize it was backward until I got it hung on the wall. To save yourself some time, try lining up all of the shelving holes before screwing the back on. I had to take it completely down and apart.
