i use the bike, mostly on off road trails, but some paved bike paths as well. The bike is way better than i expected. The suspension is great on rough terrain. This is my first experience with an ebike. Everything is great. Easy to assemble, All you need is to setup the front wheel and the handle. Fast CS response. Many thanks to Celine, she try her very best to assist me over the phone on how to charge the battery. My daily commuter is about 10 miles and the battery work out pretty well.
