Very securely packaged and easy to find parts that were labeled well. Also Really nice bed and mostly easy to assemble. It took me about 2 hours cause I had some issues with tightening and it took longer than I expected. The slates were also a little hard to put in as it’s all Velcro and kept sticking before I got into position. It’s looks really nice though and feels comfortable. My daughter absolutely loves this bed. The headboard is soft, the bed frame is sturdy. I was able to assemble the bed by myself in about an hour with relative ease. The packaging did leave a little to be desired. There was a tiny rip in the fabric on the back of the headboard but it does not impact the aesthetic or functionality of the bed so I didn’t pursue replacement.( There is a zipper section in the back of the headboard and parts are stored inside of it that are required for assembly.) This bed frame was so easy to assemble. The directions are clear and understandable. It was best to have two people to assemble but one person could do it as well. The bed included all the screws for the holes, they all fit perfectly. The bed is sturdy and very comfortable for our growing teenager. This bed frame is super cute and comfortable. The color is exactly as shown and I liked that. It fit my bed perfectly. It was easy to assemble as my 12 year old helped me put it together. So far it pretty sturdy. Sadly, the frame I received was damaged and had a hole in the corner :( I love this product however, the silica gel packets were completely torn so the gel balls were all over the place.
