The pillows and cushioning on the couch is comfortable. The assembly wasn’t complicated (even though it took long for me, I misread). The build is sturdy. So sturdy in fact that the hinge for pulling out the bed mechanism needs to be pushed with some force to lock down. I didn’t realize that there was storage in the arm rests until I was building, which was a pleasant surprise. One thing I will caution with the order is that this item is shipped in 2 packages. It seems Amazon only “tracks” one in-app, so be on the lookout for 2 boxes; one will say (1) and the other (2). I will update this review in the future should the quality change over time!

Pretty easy to assemble, regardless of the instructions not being very clear. The "beige" option is NOT beige, it is white. I read this on another review and was hoping it was just a mis-shipment, but I promise if you pick beige, you will get white. I still love it, it's beautiful, so I will not be contacting the seller (though they should update their description). This is a great option for 1x/year guest to sleep over for a night, but I would not count on using this as a permanent guest bed option. I would be adding a topper and sheets. The bottom slides out easily enough, but adding tracks inside could have been a better design. If you don't put this couch on carpet or stick down the legs, it's a little awkward, as the whole things comes with you when you pull just the bottom. Can fit a small blanket in the arm storage, books, etc. The cord for the charger is pretty short; make sure you have an outlet close by if you want to use this feature. Overall, great for small spaces, very soft fabric, comfortable enough for sitting, and getting cozy with a book/puzzle/journal. I am not disappointed!

Let me start by saying the box it comes in is well over a hundred pounds. It was quite the feat getting it up three stairs, across the porch, and into my house. I know I read somewhere it came in three boxes. Not so. I had no idea everything was nested under the main section. Enough of that. It wasn’t difficult to assemble. Putting all the parts together, I was once again reminded that you get what you pay for and wondered how long this will last. Despite measuring 50 times, the couch is smaller than I envisioned. My plan was to have something I could lay on and snuggle my three elderly (50-lb) dogs while we watched Christmas movies in front of the fire. Somehow we do all fit - barely. The biggest question I had as I researched couches.. comfort! If you want something soft and cushy this is NOT for you! To make matters worse, the backrest, while it does angle a fraction of an inch, pretty much has you sitting bolt upright. You cannot sit on this couch for long. Also, the fabric will take the skin right off your bones. Nothing plush about it. Total side note, they clearly think everyone is right-handed because the tray can’t go on the left. I did not attach it because it is totally useless to me. Now here’s the plot twist you didn’t see coming! I don’t regret buying this couch. I purchased it for my dogs, all of whom will likely pass in the coming year. I just wanted time to snuggle them before that happens. When you pull out the end and then recline the backrest, it isn’t bad. One last note. Be very careful taking this couch out of the box! It clearly says if you have to return it, it has to be in the original packing. It is totally impossible to not destroy the box when removing it.

This sofa bed is very practical, serving as both a regular sofa for daily use and easily converting into a bed, making it an excellent solution for limited living spaces. - Color is quite like the picture (cream), not too beige and not too white. Just perfect. - Assembling it was very easy. (I’m 19yrs old and I did it by myself) the only “problem” it had was that the holes for the rolling wheels were not entirely drilled which made it hard to do it by hand, however it works perfectly fine even though one screw on each side (out of 2 on each side) is not completely screwed in. All else was assembled easily with a bit of patience. - The size is exactly as mentioned - Sturdiness is great, it doesn’t wobble around or anything. - As for comfort it’s pretty firm which I like, it doesn’t give me any back pain or discomfort when sitting for too long. The three “head settings” are perfect. The sitting position, the laying with the head slightly up (which I’m surprised of how comfortable it feels), and the completely flat as a bed. - In my opinion, money well spent! I’ve had it for about a month and I’m still very happy with it and I love how it looks.

It took forever to get here, but we love this! It looks very modern and stylish. But even better, it's comfy! We used it to replace the futon on our camper. We had to modify the table behind the couch a bit so that it would slide under it, but it was not hard. It's mostly for our Rottweiler to sleep on at night, but I've cuddled with her while watching TV on it too!

Very cute. Looks just like photo. But definitely NOT a queen. Full sheets on it laid out are even big. Tight for 2 adults. Will just have to use as a sofa. Very firm and not comfortable for sleeping but somewhat okay for sitting, just not for long. Easy to set up.
