Update: 2 things, 1 the company immediately reached out. I sent pictures and they are sending a replacement. They were amazing to work with and proactive in reaching out. 2. I took off the gel mattress topper because of the split and my hips hurt so much last night, I dragged it to my side of the bed and just put one portion down to lay on and I was able to get through the night. It really does make a difference. We’ve used this for 4 months, as I changed the sheets tonight I noticed one spot that didn’t look right, upon closer inspection it’s the foam layer that has a hole or separation in it. I have no clue how it could happen. There is no button I could find to contact the seller. Love and learn but beware. ... show more

    • A Bit Too Small!

This topper was pretty thin, which I expected. We're using it over a memory foam topper as an added layer, so we didn't need this to be very thick. It was much smaller than we expected, though! Even if we didn't have the memory foam underneath it, it barely stretches to fit our queen mattress and the sides have to be adjusted often. The top padded part also doesn't reach the edges of the mattress, so I can feel a couple inches on the edge of the bed when I'm sleeping where there's a "lip". I don't think I'd choose this topper again but it would be a pain to get back in the packaging to return it, so we'll be keeping it for now. I think the manufacturer should consider adding a couple of inches to the width of the topper so it covers the entire mattress. ... show more

I was a little skeptical on some reviews saying it's not worth the money but I can say it's so comfy. I have a pillow top king size that's kind of soft and comfortable. Thought it's time to add a new softer topper with some form of cooling gel instead of buying a new bed set. This topper definitely gives some height and softness to my bed but I'm a lil disappointed as I do not feel any of the cooling effects. 😒 I have entered the stage where I sweat like hell at night and it's so uncomfortable! Got the king size... and I love it so far! Very comfy & was a perfect fit... I bought this because I converted my split king into one big king & I wanted something extra to help cover the gap in the middle & this helps tremendously, we no longer fall in the gap!!! This mattress pad is very comfortable and supportive. I would not say that it has much of a cooling factor if that is some thing that you are looking for. It does slide a little bit on the bed but if you pull it super tight and bunched the corners up underneath the mattress it’s definitely manageable. The cover is a very good fit for our Sleep Number. The deep pockets are super for holding it in place and the overall fit was just right for the bed. It sleeps cooler than a much higher-priced cover that we had on the bed. That one was old and too thick. This one is just the right amount of additional padding for our use. Ordered this pad due to a fractured hip....I sleep on a firm memory foam mattress due to lower back pain...however I toss and turn all nite due to my hip...this pad softens up my mattress just enough to give me comfort on my hip but not to soft for mower back pain....I tried it on both sides and the gel side works best! I don't wake up with a stiff hip and I don't toss and turn all night since I purchased this pad . Try it! ... show more
