If you understand what you are buying when you purchase this item, you will be happy. I researched this first and the description vs. the actual product is not correct. 1. Product arrives in a box and when you unroll it, it is inside out. You have to flip it so that the egg crate peaks are facing up, tags on the outside. 2. It will not expand to the full 3”; likely 1.5” at the most. 3. Just like a regular foam crate topper, you won’t need to wash it if you keep it under the mattress pad on your bed. It should be layered this way: Mattress Mattress Topper Mattress Cover Fitted Sheet Top Sheet Blanket(s) 4. While not a typical 3” or 4” crate topper, it does add enough density and softness to sleep well, at least for me. I expected to have to return it after I saw it unpacked and “expanded”. I was pleasantly surprised after giving it a try!

I don't like paying alot for mattress covers but the older I get.... also want comfort and softness, this mattress cover did not disappoint!! I read reviews and this sounded perfect for me and boy is it. I've been having hot flashes for a bit and thought last night I haven't had one since I put the cover on!! Very soft, adds a little more height to my bed (and my short self can deal) but I am really enjoying so far... it's the little things for me..😊 My daughter wants one now also🙌

We have a mattress that we wanted to provide some extra comfort as the mattress is on the hard side. I am pleased with this purchase as it adds just enough padding, but not too much so that the sheets can still fit on easily. Seems to be of good quality. I would purchase this again.

This product was a described. Came in a vacuum sealed bag, opened and allowed to expand for full 72 hours. Placed on air mattress for additional comfort. This item is a foam pad. I believe the pictures used could be misleading about product density, but this is where reading product info is the consumers friend. Pics include: 1. Out of the box 2. 24 hours 3. 48 hours 4. 72 hours and fitted to air mattress. Comfort is improved, but not drastically for air mattress. Would recommend as long as the item is not daily used for a long term solution. I can see where the item materials could break down over heavy use.

For the price this is pretty decent. It’s soft and fluffy. It’s not super padded but it does add a softer touch. Like sleeping on a really fluffy comforter. Have had it for about four months now and it has not lost any of its fluff. Easy to put on and wash also which is huge for me. Overall it’s great for the price point.

Shipping was quick. Packaging was minimal. Nice, wide corners to go over mattress. Pretty. Feels better than my firm mattress with no padding. Just wish it was a little thicker for that Plush feeling. Still like it. Slept well.

Update: 2 things, 1 the company immediately reached out. I sent pictures and they are sending a replacement. They were amazing to work with and proactive in reaching out. 2. I took off the gel mattress topper because of the split and my hips hurt so much last night, I dragged it to my side of the bed and just put one portion down to lay on and I was able to get through the night. It really does make a difference. We’ve used this for 4 months, as I changed the sheets tonight I noticed one spot that didn’t look right, upon closer inspection it’s the foam layer that has a hole or separation in it. I have no clue how it could happen. There is no button I could find to contact the seller. Love and learn but beware.
