This looks great in our pantry. I am confident they are sturdy and can hold a lot of weight after well secured to wall. A couple pieces can damaged from shipping. It is not that noticeable, and amazon made it right by issuing a partial refund. Ot took my husband and I all day to get these put together and on the wall. The directions are a little confusing and the the pieces are not labeled. However, if you have ever done Ikea, it is very similar. For the price, would buy again. ... show more

It would be very helpful if the boards were marked by the part, C1, C2, etc. Would save having to try to figure out which is which. Some are obvious but some are not. Once you figure the first one out the next two are easy to put together.

This review is for Set E - 3pc, Light Gray. I have mixed feelings about these cabinets. They were easy to assemble, the metal wall rail made cabinet hanging a breeze, and the installed cabinets look good. But beauty is only skin deep. That's because the "wood" material is particle board. For the price I would expect plywood. And the shelving's low weight carrying rating is a disappointment; These are garage cabinets and heavy things need storing in the garage, not grandma's sweaters and quilts. And like some others have reported, some pieces were damaged/dented and one backside panel was cracked down the middle. To save time I decided to use these as-is rather than request replacements. Despite the dings and dents, the installed cabinets look good (just don't look real close). To help increase overall strength I added 1"x3" wood rails near the fixed top shelf and under the cabinet. The particle board shelves are already sagging, so I may need to replace them with 3/4" plywood. ... show more

Item came in multiple boxes. I didnโ€™t get one box. The one box that contained the long sections that make up the tall cabinets. Now I have hardware and shelves but no โ€œcabinet.โ€ Both drawer cabinet boxes were also missing one drawer pull/handle.

I ordered the Prepac 90 inch 3-cabinets each 72โ€x30โ€x16โ€ in white finish. Excellent product at a $400-$600 savings compared to quotes to have similar size cabinets installed by local cabinet shops. Instructions were clear, parts were easily identifiable and the machining of wooden pieces was precise making for smooth assembly without any hiccups. Packaging for each cabinet weighed in at 135 pounds (including packing materials) that combined makes for almost 400 pounds of wood hanging from railings bolted into seven 2x4 studs. I made one modification by installing a 24โ€ steel โ€œLโ€ channels (2.5โ€ high and 2โ€ deep) along the bottom inside edges of each cabinet. I used 5โ€ lag bolts to affix the steel channels to the wall studs. Doing this provided additional support plus it anchored the bottom of the cabinets to the wall. Assembly done by myself but hanging finished cabinets took a second person but that task took all of two minutes. Overall I am very happy with the cabinets and I have enough wall space for a fourth 30โ€ cabinet which I might order. ... show more

Overall this is a good product. It is sturdy and well planned to do the job. They also use quality screws to ensure stability. The instructions are easy to follow and well laid out. The customer service is excellent. I was missing a few screws but after calling them they were promptly mailed to me. My only objection is that it does not include a back panel, so the back is your garage wall. I suppose you could get some plywood and cut it to size but it would then protrude from the wall by the thickness of the plywood so you would then have to attach a piece of wood the thickness of the plywood (probably the plywood) to the back of the hanging rails, which may or may not affect the hanging strength. Addendum: If you do not have someone to help you lift the cabinets on to the wall brackets I suggest you leave the cabinet doors off until after the cabinets are hung. This will make it a little lighter plus you can better leverage to lift the cabinet by pushing from under the top shelf without the doors getting in your way. ... show more
