I spread the fabric out on the table, and once this handheld sewing machine started, the stitching ran quite smoothly without any noticeable lag. Switching speeds is straightforward, and using a slower setting makes it easier to control, especially for corners and smaller areas, which it handles just fine without needing much extra setup.
