Small, lightweight, battery powered, and works very well. Time will tell if it's quality proves long-lasting. Changing out and refilling the spool/bobbin and replacing the needle is basically the same as with a larger sewing machine, so it's pretty simple. Cons: It's not the best for thicker materials (example, rehemming a sweater), due to the foot not raising very high, and it being user-propelled. It can be difficult to manage with thick materials, but generally still useable. All in all, a very handy little gadget and definitely worth the price imo
