Title says it all. Basically, after carefully following instructions which are printed on the box (which came damaged), this device simply does not work as it will not loop the stitch on the back side of the material. Poor quality but was not expecting much due to the low cost (however, was still expecting that it would at least work on thin fabrics needing emergency hemming or quick temporary repairs). Despite the low cost and Amazon’s great return policy, still ended up having to spend time/trouble and cost of gas to return it to a return center. It works but it is a bit difficult to use. I didn’t think sewing by hand would be easier but it is if you know what you’re doing

I was excited to recieve this product to alter my clothing. However, it doesn't actually work. The product is hard to use and it doesn't keep the yarn in the material you're working in. You can just pull it right out. You're better off getting a real sewing machine or sewing it with needle and thread by hand ... show more

Does it work? I guess. Kinda? I recieved mine in very obviously used condition even though I bought a "new" one. We did manage to get it to work but it's just to cheap and flimsy to be b any real good for much imo.
