The difference between the two models are as follows 1. For "with battery", this model is dual powered which can engrave with lithium battery or 110V/220V AC. 2. For "without battery", this model is only supplied by 110V/220V AC. How long will the battery last after a fully charge? After the battery is fully charged, it can be used continuously for 120 minutes. However, if you choose "with battery" model, your machine can be charged and used at the same time. Do I have operation guide and supportwhen encounter problems? Sure, We wil provide the whole online operation guide, and there is also a manual instruction and operation videos for you.
