These hand warmers are the best. Price was right and the size is excellent. 3 1/4 inch long by 2 inch wide and 1/2 inch thick. Easily fit into your pockets. Put one in each front pocket and warms my body and also my hands while out golfing in the colder weather. I did a test by putting the 2 hand warmers together and my digital meat thermometer in between. They were both set on the medium(2 blue dots) setting and the temperature was between 117 and 118 degrees for 9 hours and still going when I went to bed. The description in the listing should be changed a little as they are 3200 MAH each totaling 6400 MAH. Also it is a package of 2 hand warmers and not 2 packs as listed. I have tightness around my shoulder blades in cold weathers. Always try to be warm around that spot. I saw a few pockets on my shirt and put a few of the hand warmer in the pockets. One day later the tightness on shoulder blades is almost gone! I also used them on my knees. (put them inside pockets on knee support) One good aspect (fit this usage) is that the power button is on the side which is not likely to be accidentally pressed. (I used similar warmers with the button on the front, and pressed the button unintendedly, then the warmer turned to hotter than I wanted.) The product is OK. It does work as advertised however I should have listened to the reviews that said it is to small. I am a woman with small hands so I figured it would be large enough for me. You can only warm your fingers or your palm, not both.
