I like that they heat up quickly an you have 8 different heat settings. The high heat setting lasted a little over 7 hours and on low i got over 16 hours. At 2% it took about 31/2 hours to charge. I ordered 4 for Christmas presents for the ladies on my gift list but i'm so pleased with them that i've decided to by 4 more, 1 for myself and 3 more for the rest on my Christmas list. PROS: They heat up nice and hot. They show how much battery is left. CONS: They are large, too large for small or medium hands. The on/off button is on the front and easy to push by mistake. The hottest setting is very hot, make sure and use a barrier between your skin, or lower the heat setting. I REALLY wanted to like these. But I bought a Pemotech hand warmer. They fit great. these hand warmers are great. I purchased them for stocking stuffers and tested them out. I purchased another blue set from home depot that were not as powerful and turned them both on on High and timed them. these lasted for almost 8 hours on high with both sides turned on. the other ones only about 3 hours. they run at about 128 F at the start and when power starts to decrease they drop down to 105 F. they sure are warm though. cant wait for Santa to bring them for Ski season. ... show more

This is a really neat product for anyone spending time outdoors in cold weather. Until now the only option was a catalytic device that used lighter fluid and gave off a distinct odor. As a hunter this could be a concern. Certainly not with this compact and well-designed device. Not only a hand warmer but a battery pack as well that can be sued to charge cell phones, GPS, etc. My only question is about battery life. These handwarmers are great! They are built very durable. They charge very quickly, and they can also be used as an external battery pack. The nice thing about these are that they can stay hot for several hours before you have to recharge them. Such a great value for the price.

I haven't had a chance to use these outdoors but after charging them up and holding them, the multi-level setting all seem warm to hot. They are comfortable to hold, thinking stuffed in a glove will be great as the pressure of the glove will hold it tight to my hand.
