I have only used this waist trainer once and cannot wait to get to the gym and wear it again! I ordered recommended small size and its perfect! I could tighten it for comfort and used it at the gym for all my strength training needs for core exercises! It definitely helped me work up a great sweat! It also provided good back support. I was able to increase my weights on a back machine and not have any discomfort the next day as I have in the past without the trainer. I washed it first time after use in sink and let it air dry on a rack. I then purchased the spray that comes with a cleaning cloth and will use that in between washings. So far, great value, quality product and would purchase again!

Fits great. Feels comfortable. I can’t see the sweat on the band as much, but I can tell it is still helping me to get more of a sweat on when using it. The Velcro’s strength is very very good. The belt isn’t going anywhere. The material does not itch.

I’ve been kind of enjoying this waist trimmer as a bit of a simple add-on to my workout routine, it’s not complicated or anything. I mean it goes on pretty easy, you can adjust it without a whole production, and then wear it while doing different exercises. I also like that there’s no complicated setup, you just use it and move on, you know. What stood out to me is that it really does seem to create more heat around my midsection. Like I end up sweating more while I’m active, which was basically the point for me. That’s pretty much what I was hoping for from a sweat band, and yeah it does the job. The wrap itself is simple to adjust, so I can get a snug fit without it feeling like I’m getting squeezed into oblivion. I think the right fit matters a lot here, because you want it to stay put while you move around but not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. Also it works under a workout shirt pretty well, it doesn’t become this overly bulky thing, so it’s convenient for a normal session without strapping on some big piece of gear. I’ve used it during walking, and other workouts where I’m trying to work up a bigger sweat. The extra warmth in my stomach area makes me feel like I’m getting more effort out of the workout. But I do want to mention this part, sweating more doesn’t automatically mean you’re burning more belly fat. The extra weight you might notice right after you finish is mostly water loss, and that comes back once you rehydrate. Similar waist trimmers are mainly made to trap warmth and boost sweating during exercise , not to directly erase body fat. Another thing I appreciate is the compression. It gives my midsection a little more support as I’m moving, and it helps everything feel more secure while I exercise. The material also feels flexible, so it’s not like wearing a stiff brace, I can still move normally. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to pick the right size and not over-tighten it. It should feel snug and steady, but it shouldn’t mess with breathing or make movement feel restricted. Guidance from the manufacturer on similar waist trimmers usually warns not to over tighten, because that can lead to shortness of breath, and it also suggests using it for shorter periods rather than wearing it nonstop. So overall, I think it’s a pretty useful workout accessory if your main goal is to increase sweating and add some gentle compression around your middle. It’s lightweight, simple, and it blends into a regular workout without adding more equipment. I wouldn’t call it a magic solution for losing belly fat , but as a way to make a workout feel a little more intense and give you that extra sweaty sensation, it performs what it’s supposed to.

I wasn't sure about this product but was curious to see if it could help me lose some belly fat? It is comfortable to wear, has wide adjustable Velcro in the belt, surely to fit around most folks, and it did indeed cause me to sweat around my waist. I wear it around the house and yard when I am weeding, cleaning, moving, in general, and I have noticed some slimming! It is the belt or am I moving more with the motivation of it? Whichever, i am liking the product and seeing results! The fabric is comfortable and washes well in maching, then line dry.
