We purchased this back in January 2024. The delivery took about 2 weeks, but for the price and quality it is worth it! The drain plug didn't fit at the bottom, but we weren't too worried about it. Other than that, it has been very good to us so far! I always like to plan and I was wondering how much food I can actually fit in there. As you can see from the picture, that's 10 pounds of ground beef inside the freezer, for scale. We live in a townhouse style place, and it fit in our laundry room just fine! The food is kept frozen at a level 4~5 for us. Also as you can see, removing the packaging was easy, just remove the box around it. Luckily, it arrived with no damage. DO NOT BUY. I made the mistake of purchasing this unit from this seller and received a completely non-working unit. I contacted the company and was sent instructions to "field destroy" the unit, and send pictures proving I'd done so, in order to receive a replacement or refund (the audacity!). That all sucks (because time ain't cheap), but here's the real kicker: it turns out that the cost to remove and recycle this unit IS THE SAME COST AS THE UNIT! When I communicated this to the company, I was essentially told, "too bad, that's your problem". So that's it, I'm out $200 bucks no matter what. ... show more
