The couch came in two medium sized boxes that were very heavy for just one person to handle, especially if you have to take them up a flight of stairs. Assembly took about 45 minutes for one person to step up being that the couches are heavy and vacuum sealed in the boxes. As far as the look and feel of the couch, I highly recommend! It fits my apartment space lovely! It was wider than I expected. The cushions are very soft and I find the depth of them to be comfortable (not too deep but also not too shallow). Very comfy couch. I’ve never purchased a cloud couch before, but this couch is nice. A few things: They are delivered in two boxes not delivered on the same day. Very heavy to lift upstairs. Needs at least two people. Once opened, I let it expand 72-90 hours before even sitting on it. It really popped up nicely. I also took a steam iron to it which helped remove the wrinkles. Overall it’s a couch that’s functional. My only two complaints are the back “pillows” are not fluffy enough and If they were made as well as the sides of the couch it would be perfect!
