Worked great, except I need 2 of these for the LARGE cauldron I am putting out in the yard for Halloween. The set up is simple, the mist is great but if you put 2 misters' in the same container of water you wind up with 2 different color lights. Tried plugging both in to extension cord, and plugged that in hoping that each unit would start out at the same color. Great when that happened. But eventually they would be 2 different colors, shame you couldn't turn off the light feature. I could have kept them, run mist on both and color on one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are great little gadgets. I bought them for a bubbling Halloween cauldron that has been both my constant headache and greatest enjoyment for the last 3 weeks. The video I have shared shows a large party city cauldron that has 2 misters with lights, and one without lights. I could not fill the entire cauldron with water, because it would be too heavy, so I had to put a lightweight object in the bottom to hold a water filled container for the misters. After a lot trial and error, I found that the container has to be at least 3 inches deep and full of water to work continuously over at least a 4 hour period without constantly adding water. You lose some of the water to the misters, and a lot to the splashing. Shallower containers splash A LOT, and once the water level drops below a certain point, the misters stop working. With my 2 inch deep container, I was adding water every hour or so. I found a 3 inch deep cake pan, and my life improved. I can turn it on at 6pm and when I turn it off at 10pm, it's still working beautifully. The misters make a good amount of 'steam' for my project, and the colors add cool effect. You can't choose a single color; it rotates automatically. I have not tried any deeper containers, so I don't know if there us a limit to how deep you can go with it. I have only 2 complaints, and one is just me being OCD: 1. The plug in boxes are huge. I'm using a 3 outlet extension cord and the 2 plug in boxes take over almost the whole thing. I can barely get my string light plug in, and I have to plug the 3rd mister into the string light. I have 2 misters without lights and the plug ins are much smaller. 2. The two lighted misters are plugged into the same extension cord. When I plug the extension cord into the outlet, they come on at the same time and start rotating through the same color patterns, but they will not stay in sync and so for a few seconds every switch, there are 2 different colors in the cauldron. Everyone else says it looks cool like that, but it drives me crazy. ... show more

    • Great REPLACEMENT Fogger

This is a great REPLACEMENT for a fogger you may have purchased elsewhere but need to replace because your old one croaked. This package ONLY includes the fogger and power supply. No extra ceramic discs, disc removal tool, or float is included. That is why I say this is a REPLACEMENT and would not serve you well if this is your initial fogger purchase because you really need the additional accessories to make this functional. But, if you purchase another fogger that includes the float, disc removal tool, and extra 20 mm ceramic discs then this serves at a great replacement when your original malfunctions. You only need to purchase a float and removal tool ONCE. It does not need to be included with every fogger purchase. That is why this is so great for REPLACEMENT purposes. The type this seller sells are: type A：Atomizer 16mm lithium alloy shell； type B：New shape of 16 mm stainless steel metal shell of atomizer； type C：Atomizer 20 mm, lithium alloy shell with greater fog I recommend purchasing Type C. This gives you greater fog and uses the 20 mm ceramic discs which are easy to buy on Amazon. The Type C fogger I purchased from this seller puts out a lot of fog and the colorful LEDs are a nice touch. You cannot beat this for $10. These foggers don't last forever (these carry a 3 month warranty) so you WILL need to buy replacements. This fogger is a great replacement to keep your display, humidifier, or however you're using this fogger, going.... I would definitely recommend as a REPLACEMENT fogger, but NOT as your initial fogger purchase. ... show more

I love the mist makers. They give the mist without the chemicals of a fog machine. I am concerned that only one of the four I ordered arrived and getting in contact with Amazon is tough.
