Just last month had this installed in a freshly dug pond. The product/components appear to be good quality, but here are a list of pros & cons (I will be adding/editing these as I get more months/years out of this): Pros: 1. The pond liner appears and feels robust, so hopefully I can get 10-12 years out of it 2. The underliner too, and both these are sufficiently big 3. The pump is small and quite silent and has been pumping 24/7 for a month now (but I purposely got a couple sizes bigger than what's required for my 1500 gal pond) 4. The skimmer assembly appears to be holding up well also, but the way the liner goes on to the skimmer (and also on to the waterfall) is a design deficiency IMO (the design engineers I am sure, can improve the design so as to minimize chances of water leak) Cons: 1. for some strange reason, the waterfall is missing a cover (so I spent $89 on Amazon to buy one, and it sits very well) 2. the skimmer has a rod that is inserted to hold the filter media in place, I wish there were 2 rods for this since the filter media tends to bulge. 3. Filter balls should also be a part of the package (I paid $25 on Amazon to get these separately) 4. A pond net would be a nice option (I have to get one at HomeDepot, as I am worried about my kois getting attacked; UPDATE: got a 14x14 bird net of fine black nylon from Home Depot and have stretched it taught on the pond held by the rocks, and as you will see from the photo, it is barely visible--and I sleep well at night knowing the neighborhood cat not going to get to my kois!) All in all, a good product (UPDATE: very happy), I have nice photos and video, will post when I have some time (or if you--the reader--would post a comment here with 'Yes, please post photo'

Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with Amazon charging the wrong credit card. The company stepped up and canceled the order so I that could reorder using the correct payment method. The product arrived ahead of the estimated date. All materials were in new condition as expected. The only issue I had was my fault. This is a tremendous amount of work and we will be "tweaking" it for a while to come. The pond kit costs were only about 1/2 of the total cost when you factor in boulders, rocks, plants, chiropractor, ibuprofen, etc. Just something to keep in mind if you are considering doing this.

The pond kit is cheap. It is not made of good quality. The seller is not a good seller with terrible customer service I would not buy anything from amazing pond supply. I recommend you save your money and buy something else. Bad experience all around. There are better options. I wish I could of done it right the first time!

Works great for my new pond. Not completely finished yet but I was able to build a 12-15ft stream with waterfall and 2.5 ft deep pond. Lots of ciculation and crystal clear water after 2 months of running.
