This was perfect for elevating & supporting my knees when laying flat on my back. It’s also great for knee support when on your side. And is a good back bolster when on your side. I was a little hesitant to order based on one or two reviews stating it was flat and small and didn’t fill cover...but it just needed about an hour to assume correct size.
