Second time i used this a orange oil came out and ruined my bath water, other then that it does the job, blows the breaker on my power strips has to be connected directly to the wall outlet. Cord gets warm and soft as directions state do not leave this unattended and do not plug it in out of water submerge it first or it will burn it's self out. Be careful with this it can potentially be a dangerous item IE burn your house down and or electrocute someone! ... show more

I have bought two of this model. Both of them worked to heat water the first few uses, then on the 4th or 5th use they set off the outlet safeguards. I’ve tried plugging them both in to multiple different outlets after placing them upright in water, and they make the outlet reset button pop out or the circuit breaker flip off for that section of the house. ... show more
