The media could not be loaded. I have been using flat irons for years. My favorites are Con Air and Remington. I have natural hair and on top of that, I like to use heat on my wigs. A good flat iron is hard to find and when my Con Air flat iron finally died after years of using it, I needed a new one. I decided to give this a try...and I do not regret it at all. First and foremost it gets hot quickly which I like a lot. It goes up to 200 degrees Celsius which is great for the ladies with 4c and up hair. And as good as all of that is, that's not what made me fall in love with it... This flat iron came with some hair clips, a bag to carry it in, and a glove to use it with! I've been burning my hands for years with other flat irons! It's so great to have the glove. The fabric and make of the glove make it easy to grip the flat iron. There are just so many little features that come along with this flat iron that I didn't think would matter, but they did. The fact that it turns off automatically after not being in use for some time...what a lifesaver. But one feature of this flat iron that makes it elite to me. There is this lock that helps keep the flat iron closed. And as simple as that may seem, that little lock helps keep the flat iron safe. It helps it not break apart when the flat iron is not being used. I could go on and on about how much I love this flat iron but we'd be here all day. This truly has earned five stars. ... show more

Only problem is that the buttons are in a bad spot. It's aggravating because I'm accidentally turning it off or the temp down . Other than that it's good.

Why would you put push control where your hands have to be to operate? When I use it I inadvertently change temperature due to where the controls are.

This is an easy to use, compact hair straightener that works exactly as expected. The temperature control (and LED display) are simple and accurate. I love the addition of the heat resistant glove to prevent burning yourself - not that I do that a lot, but it has definitely happened! I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all, the iron cools down quickly, and is easy to store. No complaints at all, and it is definitely comparable to others on the market. ... show more

Why put the control button where I have hold the flat iron? I feel like was robbed. I want back money! Waste of my time. I would say don't waste your money for rubbish!
