I read all the reviews and decided to purchace I was hesitant because of the price being cheap. I got what i paid for it didnt close completely on my hair unless i bunched a lot together and made it thick. Cant use it that way. The hot iron itself is so small you can only flatten small pieces i guess if you had short bangs. I dont know if i received a dud or what. I just threw it away.I also received an email from company saying they were refunding my money but they never did.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas, it looks very nice and comes with a bag case. But it doesn’t straighten very well, you have to keep going over your hair many times if you want it straight. My daughter only has wavy hair and it still takes forever to get her hair straightened.
