Heating is great and leaves your hair silky soft, I also love the glove it came with so that u don’t burn your hand. I was able to finish my hair in half the time it normally takes me. This is probably my favorite straightener to use! It heats up quickly and I can straighten my hair in about 10 minutes which is not the usual for me! The only thing I don't love is the placement of the buttons. I have hit the temperature button a few times increasing the temperature because of where my fingers rest when using it. Thankfully I have caught it, but a little lower wouldn't have hurt. Overall still the best straightener I have ever had! ... show more

It’s ok I think I have too much hair for it. It comes with hair clips that help so you can go in sections. It does work great. Packaged very nicely and comes with a heat resistant glove. My granddaughter likes it. Edit: Upgrading my last review. This company reached out to see if they could replace my brush or a refund as they thought I wasn’t happy with it. I’m not taking either because I inadvertently pressed 3 stars vs 4 stars. The product does work great there are no issues with it. As I said my granddaughter 15 likes it. She uses it everyday before school to make her hair look sleek and smooth. I will be purchasing another for her sister 21 for Christmas as she wanted one after using it. They both have very long hair. I upgraded this product to 5 stars because the seller reached out to me concerned I wasn’t happy.
