So. I legit never right reviews. But this product has me doing otherwise. I’m going on a 5 week trip to Europe and I needed a 2 in 1 straightener/curling iron b/c my bf is only letting me take a BACKPACK on this trip. Anyways, I ordered 3 different kinds of 2 in 1’s to see which I liked best and I received this one first. Let’s just say I’m not even opening the other two when they come in. This tool is a GAME changer. Of course my more expensive straightener does a bit better job straightening, but not by much. And ALSO I haven’t used a curling iron in YEARS. I’ve been using a wand. So I had to relearn how to use a curling iron. But that wasn’t a big deal at all. What I also love about it is how you use it as a straightener at the crown of your head to straighten out the frizz and then curl it around to create waves. Then I use the straightener at the ends of each piece. I wasn’t looking for tight curls- just more so beachy waves. This pic was taken after I ran a brush through my hair and before hairspray. So it has definitely fallen some. But that’s the look I was going for. THIS IS A KEEPER. GIRLS (AND GUYS) you won’t regret it!! Also- I read another review saying it was so loud that their husband blah blah blah. Well, It’s not loud. Like at all.

I've tried all the tools, from conair to lange, straighteners to curling irons. And this is the absolute best tool for both straightening and curling! The best part is the air function because it seals the style. The iron doesnt even get too hot to touch, which seems crazy since it works so well. My hair always smelled horrible after flat-ironing with the lange, and now there's no smell. I love this! I have type 2C hair (wiry, frizzy, kinky waves) and my photo shows this tool's results on FRESH hair, with NO product.

Really well-made and easy to use. Much more affordable than some other brands. Beautiful, shiney, frizz-free and lasting curls. Multi-heat adjustment options, so you can find out what works best for your hair texture. I have fine, short and board-straight hair, and was impressed how well it worked on my longer lengths. The only thing wrong, for me specifically, is I need a smaller barrel until my hair gets longer for the shorter layers that I have. I recommend trying it out!

I loved the idea behind the product, less damage and a 2 in 1 use, but I find it doesn't clamp enough to straighten well and leaves an indent rather than a nice curl because of the angle of the straightener and curling iron. The curl didn't last long on my fine hair. I am going to spend a bit more for a nice curling iron and good heat spray. Updating my review: With a lot more practice and different hair products I was able to get this to work a bit better. It's still not my absolute favorite, but I decided to add a star and keep it to alternate with a regular curler. It's a decent value curler with the right technique (which is a bit different than a standard curling iron or a standard straightener and that threw me off.) It definitely works better to curl than to straighten IMO. I still feel it doesn't clamp enough to get a good straightening pass. For a curl you do have to be careful to not get an indent, and with thick hair it may not open far enough to do more than small sections, but it doesn't snag hair with the right technique, and opens plenty wide enough for fine to regular hair).

I bought this for my step daughter for Christmas. In a pinch, I borrowed it to fix a bad hair day. I was really impressed. By the end of my initial try-out of the curling iron I discovered I could do a little flip of the wrist and get a crazy good curl. Much like when you use a pair of scissors to curl a ribbon. You don’t twist the ribbon around the scissors, you angle them and slide down the ribbon. Similar concept. I think that will make my next time with it really fast!

I was really excited to try this curler/straightener because I thought it would be gentler on my hair. Having completely gray hair can be challenging, due to hair texture and thinning. I was sadly disappointed with this curler. The barrel was not near long enough to use on longer hair, nor did I feel like it opened wide enough for ease of use. I used the highest setting and was not able to get a decent curl at all. I even tried it again after a couple of day to no avail. The first 3 pictures are with the NOVIIML Curling Iron with 360° Airflow Styler Tech and the last 3 are after going back to my old Conair. I returned the NOVIIML for a refund since it was just not working for me.

This works great until it doesn’t. Both times I bought the product, it lost it’s grip after 3 months. I will never buy again due to this. These should last at least a year or two.

A couple years ago I bought my daughter one of these in a different brand and she loves it still. I have wanted one ever since. I found this one with a bigger barrel size and it had great reviews and was on sale so I jumped on it and I am so glad I did. I have used it a few times now and it works great. It doesn't frizz my hair or burn it and the curls STAY in. I have long blonde hair - it works great. It doesnt pull my hair or get tangled in it. I cannot speak to longevity of the product yet, i sure hope it lasts a while.
