My wife likes it but dislikes the bottom location. Every time using it she shuts it off when picking up or holding due to the bottom location. Also dislikes that the off light doesn’t shut off after it cools or just goes off in general at some point. It does it’s intended job.

This flat iron works great. The problem I have with it is functional design in that the on/off and two temperature buttons are on the top right where I hold it. The results is my inadvertently turning the iron off or decreasing the temp. A better design would be to place the buttons on the side away from the grip area. ... show more

I dont like this product at all. The location of the off button is not ideal on this product. Every time I use it I accidently turn it off. It's crazy because you have to hold the button down to turn on, but you can barely touch it while ironing hair and it turns off. Get something else.
