I dont normally write reviews, good or bad. But this product has been a real game changer, and I wanted to share for others who may be considering buying, but may have concerns or questions. Let me start by saying I’ve purchased the “brand name” product like this and paid three times more only to have it break less than a year later. I purchased this product as a lower cost alternative and have found it to be even better than the brand name, and at a fraction of the cost. I’ve attached a photo showing one side of my hair after just a few sweeps with this hair tool. This was on dry hair, but it also works wonderfully on wet hair, too! With wet hair, I first dry it all over with the plates clamped together. Halfway through, I finish drying and smoothing by clamping small sections of hair and running them through from root top to bottom. Ya’ll must try this product…game changer!

I've been straightening my hair for 20 years and this is the first tool that doesn't make me want to cry. You know the drill: blow dry until your arms ache, then fry it with a flat iron, then look crispy by lunch. This does both at once. Wet to straight in 15 minutes, and my hair actually feels soft afterward. The floating plates adjust to your hair so you don't have to go over the same section repeatedly. It only blows air when you're actually using it, which is smart. The auto shut-off has saved me from many "did I leave it on?" panics during my commute. Yes, it's louder than a regular straightener—because it's also drying your hair. The wide plates take some getting used to around your face. But I've cut my morning routine in half. I've traveled with it twice already. My sister tried it at Thanksgiving and immediately ordered her own. If people are returning this, I don't understand why. My hair looks better, feels healthier, and stays straight until wash day. After decades of fighting with my hair every morning, I finally found something that works.

Dries faster than a traditional hair dryer, while making your hair super soft. Only downside is that is doesn't keep your hair as straight as a normal hair straightener, but it does seem to be better on frizz/flyaways without making your hair look greasy by the end of the day.

I had one hiccup with the product but customer service was able to address it. The item seems to work well, it isn’t the Dyson Airstrait, but I’d say it’s comparable.

I love this straightener! It took a while to figure out the settings, temperature, to get it right, but it's well worth the time. It comes with instructions and the seller also sends a message with really good tips! I have thick wavy hair but now I can wear a beautiful straight soft look too!

I have very thick hair and a lot of hair. It takes a long time to dry and doesnt straighten very well. The problem is that it doesn't clamp close as well as the Dyson which is why is doesn't get as smoothe. I tried the dyson and it was so easy to glide right through without needing a second hand. This dryer I still needed to use the drying in one hand and a brush in the other to get it smooth which defeats the purpose. It might be do the job for finer hair but not thick or curly hair. They dryer isn't bad, just defeats the purpose of easy. I will be returning it
