The Cape is good, the roll of “tape” is basically a roll of streamers you get for parties. The fluff brush was bent when packaged which never fluffed up like it should have because of that reason BUT it does the job getting the little hairs of my sons neck. The cape is very nice, you can make it as tight or loose as you need to so it can be used for a child all the way up to an adult.
