The media could not be loaded. I'm a cosplayer, so I bought this crimper for my wigs. Trying to change the plates was a difficult task since the back piece would not come off. After a couple minutes of struggling, I got it off and was able to change the plates. While working on my wig, the plate fell off and burned my foot. Perfect tool if you have a thing for pain and enjoy getting burnt!! I took some damage, but I was determined to get my wig crimped. I try to put the plate on again, thinking that that would be the end of my struggles. Unfortunately for me though, this crimper is actual garbage. Plate got stuck midway, and I couldn't get it out at all. My fingers became red and sore trying to get it off. Like I said, perfect for people who like pain. Couldn't even crimp my wig, got burned on my foot, and my fingertips are red + swollen. SERIOUSLY don't buy this product. There are way better crimpers out there for around the same price. Don't risk getting hurt, it's really not worth it.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. It came with everything it shows, it's very cute, comes with a carry case to keep the plates all together & the glove does it's job! She loves it but as the one that uses it on her hair there are some down falls. The button to turn on/set temperature is right on the handle & is very sensitive. If I don't hold it just right I'm constantly changing the temp or turning it off. Also when switching out the plates make sure they are secure, shake it around a little, open & close it some because they will fall out halfway through if not. And it's 2nd nature to try & grab something that's falling & it's hot!

I bought this cause i’m a cosplayer and i regret nothing!!! i was worried that i would only use one part of it but i use them all. it heats fast and is very light. it curls and straightens really well and the glove is a great addition!

I love this so much. My hair is medium thick but this makes it look so much thicker, especially braids. I use a low heat setting and the crimp stays in my hair for a couple of days. I have naturally curly/wavy hair so often after straightening my hair I wake in with curls but my hair and I seem to have reached a compromise with crimping.

The set was pretty out the box. However, when I took the cover and flat iron part off to add the crimper pieces the following took place: 1- the crumpet kept coming off and was not secure. Thank goodness it fell off prior to me putting it near my daughters head or she Wallis have gotten burned. 2- When I turned the crumpet off to allow it to cool Down, I took the pieces off to add the smaller crimp parts to it. However, it got stuck midway down and would not go any further and we stuck in the middle. Then when I tried to remove it, it would not budge. This is totally defective and I have to send it back.
