When my grandkids mentioned they saw this on video and people lost inches, I blew it off. Then I said what do I have to lose I'll try it (I'm 50+) Well it was so tight I was pinching my belly. But I did it, 3 min, 5 min, 7 min,10min, 15 min, now up to 20 minutes. I was sweating like I ran a marathon. 3 wks later, Doc measure 1 inch off my waist and 1 1/2 inches off my hips. My wife heard about this fitness hula hoop from her coworkers and was able to try when one of them brought to work for lunch fitness routine. I was skeptical but we ordered anyways. At first it was difficult to get it going but then found if you adjust girth by removing a few tiles to fit a bit more snug you can get the weight spinning around you. I saw these on TikTok and I wanted to try it because I HATE working out. But I love it!!!! It's so easy to assemble and use, AND SO FUN. I can feel my core working. The best part is is that when I put on my Apple Watch and used this for 30 minutes it counted my steps that equated to 1 mile! Love it!
