Could not be more impressed by this $70.00, queen size bed frame, delivered the next day. Unboxing, it's noticeable the care they took packing all the clearly labeled parts. The instructions are so intelligently simplified, lettering each part with a sticker to correspond with the instruction pictures. Tip... the hardware (different size screws and nuts) are labeled as well so don't throw out the package they come in so you'll know what size goes in what hole. I have a 12 inch thick mattress with no box springs so the 14 inch height is perfect and any higher would be awkward and would have a look of a silly bed on stilts. I ordered this and put it together without any issues (by myself). I've had myself and my twin daughters on this to test it out and it is VERY STURDY. No issues at all. I particularly like the amount of space underneath for storage. The height is perfect. I noticed a lot of frames are lower to the ground which is something I'm not fond of. I did notice that when it's on hardwood, it can slide kind of easily. It's not a biggie though as you can buy furniture grippers if it's not going to be placed on carpet. ... show more

I loved it. I was able to put it together as a single female by myself. it does come with the smallest tools, but it is fairly easy to put together and did not take me very long. A word to the wise when you’re doing the first step of the outer frame. Make sure that each side is on the correct side because they will fit together but be on the wrong side. This was something that I did and then I had to redo it, and I was very upset. This was impulsive because I was having a roommate that was unscheduled and I did not have a bedframe. it came in it is sturdy and functional does not squeak and did not slide around on the wood floor regardless of the amount of large dogs, jumping on and off of it. Another great thing is you do not need a boxspring. The mattress I put on. This was very soft and could be folded into a taco, and this still feels very supportive and holds the mattress exactly as it should, and gives the same support, a boxspring would. ... show more

What more can I say that’s not in the title :) did downgrade the stars because the interior slats do not stay in or have any locking mechanisms to keep them in place. This is only an issue when you need to put on a skirt or are moving the bed around without a mattress. Any time you bump one of the interior supports, they fall out. Not a huge deal but it was super annoying when I was trying to install the skirt in a small space (against two walls). Just put your skirt on right after it’s assembled :) Also, I haven’t noticed any slipping issues with the mattress. Someone mentioned the mattress moves around. I have a very thick ilea mattress and it’s heavy so it doesn’t move. Also it’s against two walls with no headboard so my situation might be different. I would by this bed frame again. There aren’t a lot of parts, so that simplifies the assembly. Only con is that your mattress will slide a bit, so you do have to frequently adjust it. Wasn't hard to setup. Recommend using your own tools. maybe an impact driver or drill to speed things up a bit. hand tighten your screws. If you're handy. can get some small screws and lock the little bars into place or another manner. would be perfect. (Move the mattress the wrong way, bar will fall.
