We purchased the king size. A fantastic deal for the price!! It was really easy to put together. I like that this has circular poles for the base- less likely to get a stubbed toe and personally I think that looks nicer. I got it with fullll intention that our 4 dogs would transition to sleeping UNDER our bed instead of IN our bed and boy have I been blessed because that is exactly what happened haha. Slap some doggie beds and blankets under there and it’s their little cave/oasis. I did a lot of research though to make sure this one was tall enough for that and not just a bit off the ground. It is VERY spacious under there. I believe the bottom of the bed sits 20” from the floor 🥹 It’s sturdy and does not make any noise what so ever which is nice, however it does wobble a little bit. I’m not worried about the safety aspect, just more so about waking the other person up when getting into or out of bed- but we also don’t have it hooked up to our headboard- so maybe that is why it’s a little bit wobbly. Great frame, holds my mattress and box spring easily and is very tall (great for storage). Had to assemble it twice and take it apart once because I moved in and out of a place in three days, and back to another a week later. Was very easy to put together both times, though I did have an extra set of hands helping me. Hardest part was tightening the screws as sometimes they just wouldn't move any further; it recommends an electric drill to fix this and prevent squeaking, and I recommend it to make your life easier when assembling. Having said that, we never used one and the bed doesn't squeak at all. It was also simple to take apart and holds up fine even after reconstructing it. This product is decently made and while it was a bit frustrating to put together; I wouldn’t call it difficult to assemble. I love that it has metal lips/rails to hold the mattress in place (pictured) and prevent it from sliding off; this is a basic necessity on metal bed frames and should be on all of them. It’s very high off the ground and provides a ton of storage. You can easily fit large storage bins underneath - I like to keep my dog’s food there as well as some less frequently used items. The frame is decently heavy but not difficult to move. I haven’t had any issues with squeaking - but a few of the legs have bowed slightly at times, making me a bit less confident in the overall quality/longevity of the product. Only time will tell how well it holds up; but I would consider this a 4-star product for the money. One warning - the height is great from a storage perspective, but you may want to seriously think about the height in relation to other furniture (such as end tables) and how it may affect pets. My dogs aren’t able to jump up on the bed so I need to get them stairs - much of the furniture in my room also feels low in comparison to the bed. ... show more

With the thick mattress we have and 4 inch foam topper the bed is high. Like need a step ladder to get in it high. It makes for plenty of space to store things underneath, even tall bins.     • Frame itself is not the correct/standard size, at least not for a full-bed

I chose this specific bed frame because of it's height. It's the only one I could find that was 20" off the ground. For that, it is a good bed frame, however, it is not the correct size that actually fits my full-size bed or boxspring. It is fairly significantly much longer and wider, so my bed does slide around on it. Which is annoying to say the least, especially when they sell them specifically-sized for the various standard mattress sizes (full, king, queen, etc.) If you're looking for a frame that is just high off of the floor like I was, then this may be your only decent option. But, just know that your bed will definitely have significant "wiggle"-room on the top and sides. I've kind of rigged up some spacers so things don't slide as much, but that may be more than you're willing to do. I guess it's a decision between the 20" height or not-fitting-correctly. Otherwise, it is sturdy and was easy to put-together (surprisingly). I put it together in about 20 minutes (for the full size), which does have a supporting post in the middle (which was not shown in the product photo when I purchased it, I don't know if it shows it now) - So definitely be aware of that. I'm storing boxes under mine, and they all fit (I measured before buying). But, with that middle post (it's directly under/in the center of the bed), you may have to re-think your organization/plans for what you'll put under there to make sure it all will fit. I would recommend it, with the major caveat of it being just way-too-big for my standard sized mattress and boxspring. So just keep that in mind. ... show more
