One of the smallest but best photo printers i have had to date. Very compact design. Prints a bit slow but good enough for what I use it for My only issue was in the frequently bought together section Amazon lists 67 and 67XL ink cartridges. I had a huge event and I print pics on sight immediately after taking them as a way to make a little money. I had bought two twin packs but when the starter ink cartridges expired i put in the recommended cartridges and the printer errored out and became unusable for the rest of the evening. Determined the cause to be the printer uses 65 and 65 xl cartridges. As a result of misinformation, i was embarrassed and lost a ton of money and future business. I already opened and inserted one pack. Definitely cannot return it and I cannot do anything with it. I will try to return the unopened cartridge. Damage is already done in the meantime ... show more

I purchased this printer when looking for one that wouldn’t take too much space and could handle basic printing jobs. So far it has met expectations and was easy to setup and start using immediately. It is a good value for the price.

It's a piece of junk. Everytime I want to print, I would need to re-load the software. Need to go to HP Print Scan Doctor. Also, everytime I want to scan a document I need to trouble shoot why HP DJ 3772 doesn't scan and need to go to Print Scan Doctor. This printer DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH WINDOWS 11. Also, it seems that this is a money-making project going on with HP. If you are scanning a document and did not load it correctly... the printer will splash out the black ink and you will use up your ink in a short time. Do not enroll in auto pay on the ink because it will sense your ink well and auto send you more ink... It is, in my opinion, seems like a legal scam? Especially when you are trying to scan a document and did not load the document properly for scanning, which is easy to mis-load document. I surmise that the scan feature was engineered for this purpose... not for the customer sake but for HP pocket. ... show more
