The media could not be loaded. This scooter is really quite amazing! It arrived well packaged and included all of the tools required to assemble it. It took a little time but the instructions were easy to follow. Since then, we’ve had a blast with it! My young boys use it to rip up and down our long driveway. And my wife uses it for just about everything else, like when we get a call letting us know that our dog has escaped and is at the neighbor’s house. She’ll go get the little guy and give him a ride home in the basket. It has plenty of power and is super responsive. It does a burn out start on the gravel when the kids punch it! With a full charge in mode 1, it will do 12 mph with me on it and just over 18 mph in the mode 3. The disc brakes have good feel and instill confidence. It has plenty of cargo space with the two baskets and the headlight does a great job lighting things up at night. The battery life has more than we’ve ever needed and it’s easy to track your range with the built in odometer and battery life meter. The powerful 550W motor is great – It’s like having a mini rocket under my feet, zooming upto 18MPH without breaking a sweat. And the range?? A whopping 20 miles! I can go on adventures all day without worrying about running out of juice. But here’s what really seals the deal for me: the storage space. It’s lie Marry Poppins’ bag but on a scooter! I can fit my groceries, backpack, and then some in there. Plus, the LED display is a lifesaver – no more guessing my speed or how much battery I’ve got left. Receiving the scooter (3/25) the shipping and packaging was solid. Everything was intact upon arrival which only took a few days via UPS. I was pleasantly surprised to find the large basket on the deck was already attached! (I just tightened up the screws just in case) the rear basket was super easy to install. The handlebars were not attached and need to be lined up and tightened properly which wasn't too difficult. Be careful when you tighten and align the upright folding pole! It took me a few tries before the handlebars were flush and straight with the rest of the scooter when in the fully upright and locked position. The vertical bar needs to be in line with the front wheel pointing straight, I would recommend holding the scooter in the normal upright position and NOT on the kickstand when aligning the bar and wheel. The pedals confused me at first but realized you need the flathead of the long screw to be on the INSIDE of the basket and your life will be much easier lol! The instruction booklet was honestly super user friendly (A few pictures included) and easy to follow the directions following the photo guide. Most of the installation is pretty straight forward though! This is my first e-scooter and I didn't need to reference the manual for much. I am currently charging the scooter and attaching some accessories and will update to review based on the actual ride! Hoping for a nice smooth evening ride! UPDATE 3/29 Took the scooter out for about 20 mins and when I got up to about 15mph on smooth flat roads my front tire was hopping up and down. Realized the front tire was not sitting on the bead properly, which I found out is a common issue. I had to take a few stabs at it, but after deflating, repositioning the tire and reinflating a few times I finally got the tire nice and straight. The front disc brake also was scraping a bit but was easy to loosen and retighten to fix this. Took it out again and no issues, smooth ride, its pretty quick honestly hitting 18 mph on flat easily, and it took some steeper hills in my neighborhood like a champ! I am giving this Scooter a 3 only because first off when I ordered the scooter it was like $430-$460, literally right after purchasing it goes on sale for about $70 cheaper…. Then when i did receive it, the bell was already broken, (pretty cheaply made bell) so I'm not too upset about that but still disappointing. I did end up adding a child seat after removing the inner basket, and my son loves going on rides with me so it definitely is an amazing scooter overall, brings back being a kid riding a moped. ❤️ ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I noticed the scooter did not have any reviews so I wanted to give my opinion to help others make a choice. I haven't owned many scooters before but wanted to take a chance on this one. Assembly was not hard except I had a little problem with putting the pedals on the center basket. Using my own tools made it a lot easier. Make sure to tighten the front bar and center with the wheel, I noticed I had to tighten real tight. The comfort and feel of the scooter is exactly what I thought it would be which is good (I weight 220). The operation of the scooter is easy even for my 12-year-old. The speedometer screen is easy to read in the sun and the brakes work very well. It has a headlight and a rear light that flashes when you push the brakes. I like how the front bar folds down if I need to store it in my car if I'm taking it to a park. I am very pleased and happy with the scooter and would recommend it to others. ... show more
