The media could not be loaded. This electric scooter is so cool 😎. It has led lignting, music and is easy to ride. I purchased for my 10 year old and he is able to connect by Bluetooth to his phone. The music on the scooter is super loud and borderline not safe, because I think children need to be more alert and listen when on these bikes. I had to have him turn down the sound, cause he was cruzing on his new ride blasting music throughout the street. It was easy to put together and small enough to store. Very nice scooter. 150watt more then enough power for our 8 year old. She loves the speaker and plays her music while she rides. Bluetooth her phone she keeps in a bag we bought to attach to handle bars. She loves the top speed nothing but smiles when she rides.

The media could not be loaded. I am revising my previous review. After this review was posted I was contacted by a different person from the company that was extremely helpful. They ended up sending a brand new scooter in the color we originally ordered. My 6 year old is thrilled to finally have a scooter that she can now ride! The pole and handle bars now fit on the scooter as intended! Whoever I was in contact with prior was not helpful but this latest person, named Sandy, was fantastic. Maybe I just had one of the bad apples. The scooter is perfect and now can actually be used!! **I added a picture of the new scooter where the slot for the screw is in the correct position! So everything can now be assembled correctly! I was not able to upload another video. I guess Amazon only allows one video per review. This scooter came where it could not be assigned correctly. I didn’t realize it until months later because of winter weather and a move. Once I reached out to them it was pretty difficult to get help. I now am writing this review so they will send a refurbished scooter to replace the brand new one we had originally bought for our daughter. The part that could not be assembled correctly was done at the manufactured level. So now I’m writing this review just to be able to get a refurbished scooter that my daughter can actually ride. They weren’t the most hopefully customer service but I guess it was better than some. ... show more
