My son really loved this scooter at first. The LEDs are a nice touch, and the adjustable height is super practical for growing kids. However, we ran into a frustrating issue where it started cutting out and shutting off randomly while he was mid-ride. I was worried about the quality, but I reached out to their customer service and they’ve been surprisingly great. They were really responsive and have been on top of getting the issue fixed for us. Bottom line: The scooter had a technical glitch, but the company actually stands behind their stuff, which is rare these days. The scooter was great until about a year later it had a throttle issue. We were just outside the warranty timeframe but they agreed to send us a new throttle for free, which is awesome. The customer service was easy to deal with and they offered a fair resolution, which I appreciate.
