First off. I got this for a Christmas present and all of the reviews said it was a decent board and could handle a adult. Well it took over 7 hours to fully charge for the first time. Then on the first time riding about 10 minutes in, during mid-ride doing about 4-5 mph without warning the board shuts completely off. Locking both wheels up and throwing me from the board. Luckily no injuries but very aggravated. The board wouldn’t turn back on or even try to. Plugged it back into the charger and it powered up. Tried to ride it again and it did the exact same thing again but this time I was ready to tuck and roll instead of a flying belly flop and skid to a stop. After this time it throws me, the motors start making weird sounds. I’ve sent this board back and getting a different one entirely. I wouldn’t buy this product again

I baught 2of these for my daughters..opened them an one would not turn on..then the next one my daughter stood on it an the rim broke from the cheap product it is an she is only 90 pounds..I see all of these positive reviews is bullcrap..don't be tricked by this..I contacted gyroor an after 16 different emails of pictures taking them apart with pics an video.of the broken products,they ghosted me an stoped replying to me...I had to call Amazon to get my money back an the sucky thing is my daughters are out of Xmas presents..I would never by a gyroor product..they suck an will screw you over..

The media could not be loaded. Having bought a Gyroor eScooter and loved it, we wanted to try out the F1. From the moment you take this out of the box, it screams FAST and Quality. It is heavy and feels solid. The app was very intuitive and it was very easy to set up and control the hoverboard. I have never been on one and thought I would take it for a spin. I tested it in the basement on the carpet (just in case) and I could not believe how simple it was. When you hear about hoverboard being self-balancing, most of them do not do that. With this one, you hit the power button and you see it self-balance (with the roar of an engine as well). Step on and that's it. It is very smooth and simple to control (middle-aged man here talking), I had it down in minutes. We took it outside and paired it to the phone and it really blasts the music well! Goes up our driveway with no issues and then to the road. It was speedy on the road (I did not even come close to 12mph as I was fine going slow), went over the grass and on to the gravel path with no issues what so ever. Battery and charger were top of the line and easy to access. This is a fantastic hoverboard and if you are looking for one that works and is simple to use, get this one!!!!

The board wouldn’t turn on without being connected to an outlet; I took the battery out and saw the wires were all twisted up and the battery was sitting on them, causing it to not fit in correctly (someone just forced it in and even the door to the compartment was out of place as a result). Fortunately, untwisting the wires and maneuvering the battery back into its proper place was the solution. Unfortunately, the app is terrible and I can’t find any way to prevent the awful sound effects it has. Feels very durable, though.

I bought this hoverboard for my son who is 17 and rides his current hoverboard daily all over the place. He really loves his Jetson V8 but he has been heavily riding his board so the tires are worn down & the battery doesn't last longer than about 1 mile so its time for a replacement. Since his current board is retired we spent time going through the specs and reviews to find a similar hoverboard...All terrain, longer mileage range, higher watt motor, board made adult use. He selected this board and was so excited to try it out. Unfortunately, this board did not live up to the description. When he reached speed of 7 mph it would throw him off the board & when he tried to ride up a small hill it just couldn't make it. We even tried troubleshooting with tech support who determined this board just isnt capable of doing what the description says so we ended up returning it.

I have purchased this and the first time it arrived the wheel was smashed in so I returned it and reordered another one. The new one came with no charger, and it looked used with scuff marks. No way to know if it works or not as the charging port is different than the standard port. Do not waste your time on this one better to buy a different one. I gave them two times to get it right and they failed both times.

It is so weak it will only drive if on the flat or going downhill. Uphill works slowly for my son who is about 60 pounds. It was advertised as holding 300 pounds and it will not go up the slightest hill with half that weight. DO NOT BUY THIS. A $75.00 hoverboard is way better than this one. It was also advertised as going up to 12 MPH and I found out there is no way to go faster than 8 MPH. This is a complete fail and will need to be sent back.

Unboxed it Christmas morning, plugged it into charger, charger briefly showed a red light (which means it's charging). Charger light went green (which means it's charged), but board won't turn on. Hmmmm. Plugged it back in, charger has green light, and left it for a few hours. Tried turning on again, nope, dead. Bummer Christmas morning, will be returning...
