I rode the bike 8 miles and my cheeks were sore for several days. The bike doesn't hold a charge very well and the charger gets hot before it's done charging. There is no form of shock absorption so you feel EVERYTHING on the sidewalk. The seat does not stay elevated so I couldn't pedal the bike any kind of comfortably and my knees were sitting on the frame. The speed wasn't reliable at all either. Overall I could have gotten a motorized wheel and battery to put on a regular bike and I would've done better doing so. This was a large waste of money and the company is taking their sweet time with my refund. I would give negative stars if I could. ... show more

The Frost gyro is lightweight/easy to get into the trunk, it’s zippy and has a good low center of gravity, I feel the battery life is good and charging was easy peasy. The folding function is good and secure. Splatter fenders are smartly placed. Headlamo is a little weird (hard to get used to the click, hold, delay THEN on part) & the sideways cat eye beam wasn’t my fav at night. I’m returning it though and review to giver others a heads up: the seat is very far forward/the front gear/pedals are far back: a. I was worried my knees would hit the handlebars and I’m not very tall b. It felt very awkward to me to be pedalling under/behind where I was sitting. Adjusting the seat height didn’t help (in fact, it almost felt like it might be helpful if the seat could go Lower than it does?). So, for a 5’6” rider, this bike just didn’t feel ergonomically sound. Slow to accelerate but good top speed, btw. ... show more

Bike is a good size. Used it for work in NYC so it was easy to carry up and down the subway stairs. It was also convenient to fold when I’d have to Ubers and it’d fit in the back of cars. It’s a little slower than I wanted but it’s good for everyday use. Battery was average but wouldn’t die on me too quickly. I would just use the first speed option to save battery. ... show more

Update.. company doesn't make brake pad replacements, and I can't find any that fit. I've been using old boots for brakes. Not safe but my only option. Affordable price. 15 miles an hour. I get 16 miles a charge out of it due to the hills where I live. Charges in maybe 6 hrs, I just charge it when I sleep. But it did charge up fast in 4 hrs at work the other day. Only problem I'm experiencing is that I've had it for 2 months and already experiencing problems with the brakes. I've fixed them multiple times now and they keep coming loose somehow. Also can't find brakes on this size, I'm finding everything is too big. My friend mentioned maybe the brake lines need to be bleed. Otherwise, it's a decent ebike for the price. ... show more

It's smaller than I expected in 5'9. I looked big on it my legs didn't fully extend. If your doing short commutes of 4 to 8 miles at most this is ideal. It's fun had decent speed get up, and ride. The seat is not for any long distance riding. I returned it because the battery life vs distance didn't add up plus it's small and not as comfy don't lay more than $350 ... show more

I was very skeptical about this bike, especially being rural and having hilly crap back roads. I took the bike to the closest town wich is 6.5 miles one way. This bike got me there in 30 minutes! I was able to grab some groceries and it got me home, with one battery bar to spare, and the bike wasn't fully charged to begin with. I'm super impressed it took me 13 miles on hilly rough Pennsylvania backroads, the only thing I dislike so far is the seat is godawfully uncomfortable. ... show more
