A bit of a newbie to the gym scene and the workout routine I’m following uses a lot of dumbbells.. while watching workout videos, I saw these and thought what the heck, let’s give them a try. At first they’re a bit awkward when you put them on but once you actually put them use, you’re going to ask why you waited so long. Delivered today and put to use within hours. I was able to take my focus off my grip and focus on the muscles I was intending to work out. Absolute game changer. I was able to do more reps without the fatigue I experienced before. I 100% felt it in the muscle groups and was eager to continue lifting. The wrist padding so comfy, only obvious downfall was I had to move my watch up my arm. I use it for a timer between sets and exercises so I need it on. The hook has a nice grip material and you can tell it’s going to last for quite some time. I was able to push the hooks back so I could do a superset where the second exercise didn’t work with these.

Quality: The metal hooking has a rubber/plastic like coating which is great for hooking on to anything instead of a metal to metal contact. The metal hooking is heavy duty, not cheap flimsy material. Wrist strap is a quality made nylon like material with velcro for securing. Very comfortable. Use: I've used this daily for pulling dumbells and also on pull up bars. the wrist strap stays secure and tension is primarily the wrist which alleviates any strain from hand grip and forearm. Overall: I'm very please with the quality of materials and how secure it is around my wrist.

I wasnt a fan of these wrist wraps. Quality was great and they functioned as intended however, I have smaller hands and it was almost a strain to get my hands around the metal part. They were a little heavier than I would have liked but they just weren't for me. I would say, bigger hands, these may work best but I will stick with my old school rope straps.

I love the product. Material is strong/ durable. I've got issues with gripping things carpal tunnel's. This legit helps me with those heavier lifts I can't grip. Buddy of mine tried them and he likes them for pull up!! Great products!! Love the gym reapers

They work but are cumbersome and require slow, deliberate method of use. Not exactly nimble or useful for many exercises due to clumsy feel. Bought to protect damaged wrists for pull exercises but only a benefited me for a few exercises . Does not play well will with cable attachments like bars for rows or lats or machines but OK for barbell movements like dead lifts or similar.

I have used other straps but these by far are my favorite! the pad makes a world of difference on your wrist. They take all of the handgrip out of the equation you just let the bar rest in the hook. I also used them for pull ups and they felt comfortable and made them so much easier for someone like me who isn’t the best at them. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a comfortable and reliable and multi functional set of straps that don’t have a long set up time, just hook up and lift.

Been using this for a while. My wrists are small as I'm not a very big woman but they still just fit. The definitely are needed when doing bodybuilding that goes to complete muscle failure. My hands can't hang on but these keep me going.
