Very easy to put together (no instructions needed). I just received it and did 5 sets to test it out. It is very stable and solid. I set the pad low so I can squat deep, and also, you don't want it against the back of your knee. That's how you snap your knee apart, and why these get a bad rep. Heavy enough to be very strong, light enough to move around if needed. Padding and everything is nice. For those whove never tried one of these, it feels like a hybrid of leg extensions and squats. It really hits the quads. Bodyweight and good form is all you need.

This works well for me and my use case. I generally only use this for bodyweight sissy squats done after regular squats to get a deep stretch and pump on my quads. At around 250 lbs of bodyweight this is very stable and have no concerns with it supporting its listed weight. It also comes basically assembled so there is very little work required to get it up an running which was a very nice surprise. The only potential issue is how high the calf support pad goes. At 5'10" I have to use the pad at the max height to get the proper support needed to get a deep sissy squat. If I was any taller I'm not sure I would be able to use this, so that's the one thing to be aware of for taller folks out there.

I have been looking for a sissy squat that was cost effective and sturdy!! This sissy squat is as sturdy as any commercial machines I’ve used at big gyms. This little machine is A MUST, you won’t be disappointed with buying this one!

I used to be a hard-core gym rat and my last gym had this I’ve never seen it in any other gym and I never knew the name of it I can’t begin to tell you how elated I was to find this product on Amazon can I say simple this is beyond simple to put together! I love it.

So I had looked and looked, finally found this.. I was really excited to get it only to have things missing out of the box and it open yes the company is going to send the missing pieces but it's going to take over a month considering I did get this product in 3 days at any rate it can hold 215 lb so it's not bad.
